Overall a pretty unpleasant experience with this office. The DR was 20+ minutes late for each telehealth appointment, the office is unreachable directly (only through a call service) and they are not very organized. I only saw him because my other physician suddenly moved practices and wasn't with a new practice yet and I was out of medication. He wouldn't prescribe me the medication I've been on for years without also prescribing something "for my anxiety" which I repeatedly told him I didn't have and didn't need to be treated with medication. At one point he said that "anxiety and ADHD cannot exist without each other" and that "if you have one you have the other" which makes no sense to me because there are definitely people out there with anxiety and not ADHD. Incredibly condescending and patronizing. Would not take my word for how I was feeling. Scheduled 3 appointments with me in 2 weeks (more than I've ever seen) and required me to see 3 other drs as a part of onboarding. After reviewing my health insurance this past year he charged the max amount possible for each of my visits. Literally hundreds over what my previous psychiatrist would bill for. Edit: dr is claiming there is no record of me, I (literally of course) do not use my full name on my google maps profile.

I've called this office 7 times and have only heard back once, and that wasn't even from the doctor. I filled out the intake paperwork and explained it was for issues my 5yo daughter was having, and that I'd really like to start looking into them before she started school in a month. Looking for care elsewhere now, but didn't want anyone looking to gloss over the other poor reviews like I did.

I cannot express enough how terrible this office and doctor is. Please stay far away I am convinced most of the good reviews are fake. Firstly, the office is nearly impossible to reach and can take multiple call attempts to finally get a response back. This made dealing with appointments, billing issues, and medication issues EXTREMELY difficult. The doctor repeatedly forgot to submit prescriptions and was always 20-45 minutes late to every session I had (20+ sessions in total). My final straw was when I was planning to leave on vacation and needed my medicine filled in the next 4 days and he forgot to fill it and then ignored my texts, calls, and emails about it leaving me to be forced to detox cold turkey from medication while on vacation. As well, the billing department is super unorganized and they tried to claim that my insurance hadn't been paying and that I owed them thousands of dollars even though this was incorrect and it took many calls and emails from myself and my insurance company to get this corrected. Please save yourself the trouble and go to a different doctor.

Dr Robenzadeh is a wonderful, kind and caring doctor. I was immediately made to feel comfortable and that he had a genuine passion for helping me figure out my issues. I've had many failed experiences looking for the right psychiatrist and I can say with confidence he is it! Highly recommended!

Dr. Robenzadeh really cares about his clients/patients. I have been seeing Dr. Robenzadeh MD for about 6 months now. Dr. Robenzadeh is extremely focused and attentive in every session. I have honestly never felt this great mentally. He truly listens to the needs of his clients and works with you to develop the greatest possible solution for recovering. I would HIGHLY recommend this doctor.

I am hearing wonderful things about Dr Robenzadeh from patients in my pediatric practice that have seen him. He seems to think outside the box rather than just continue treating with stimulants like everyone else.
