shady care, rude staff, do not go here, waiting for a refund for the time i wont be using the freezing services because the doctor took the eggs out too soon and so i was left with one egg so i decided not to use the freezing services anymore and they dont send me the refund. This place is literally just a money-making scam.

We have found the facility to be both expensive and poorly maintained. Furthermore, the administrative structure is highly inefficient; obtaining an itemized statement requires contacting several different companies, as multiple entities appear to operate out of this single location. While we hold our UCLA physician in high regard, the facility's exclusive contract with ART has been a major obstacle. We requested to have our procedure moved to a different facility, but because this request could not be accommodated, we were forced to select a new physician outside of the UCLA network who does not perform retrievals at ART. This has been the most difficult experience we have encountered, and I would not recommend ART Reproductive for any IVF procedures.

My experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I strongly advise others to avoid this facility. I have already recommended to our UCLA physician that they seek an alternative center for future IVF procedures. If UCLA continues to partner with your center, we will be forced to find a new physician who does not work with ART center.

Terrible communication. I can’t get anyone to answer my calls or call me back. It took twice as long to get my eggs shipped due to the severe lack of communication. Very frustrating. Avoid at all costs if you can.

ART is a horrible facility that should not be entrusted to such a delicate and important process as fertility. If I could give zero stars I would. Cedars-Sinai needs to immediately dissolve their relationship because it results in sub-par patient outcomes for such a reputable institution. I was forced to use ART because I had a Cedars physician. Most importantly, they LOST one of my embryos while I was in the middle of a transfer and blamed it on their equipment. They also mixed up my embryos and had basic maintenance issues such as their workstation lightbulbs being burnt out and needing replacement. I had 5 transfers with ART, with 3+ errors, one loss of embryo and one success. Do not go here! And don’t get fertility treatment at Cedars until they change third parties. The process is costly both financially, emotionally and time spent

I'm not sure what is going on with this place, but there is some sort of billing scam or huge oversight in the system. I am billed annually in April for storage and paid this a few months ago. A few weeks ago I started getting incredibly vague messages - not even identifying themselves as having a past due account. I call to clear it up once and start receiving the exact same messages again. I attempted to reach out to the director and got an email saying while I paid this year, I am being billed ahead because I missed a passed year? I don't believe this is correct, but I don't have all of these records at hand and ask for invoices to be shared/further explanation. All I receive back is a back dated invoice for March with a LATE fee. Again this answers no questions and does not address that I made a payment in April. These are sensitive issues and I will not be continuing with this practice. Does anyone else here know how to transfer eggs to another facility?

Like so many others, we have our story of ups and downs, and along the way, sadly we've learned just how uncaring so many people really can be. SILVIA at Art Reproductive Center, however, was able to remind us that there are kind people out there -- people who go out of their way to treat others as they might wish to be treated. She not only jumped into action at an extremely challenging and painful time, one in which our faith in people really was hanging the balance, but she was effective, knowledgeable, and made sure to follow up. And she did all of that with great compassion. We will forever be grateful to Silvia for restoring our belief that there really are people who truly care, and we'll remember her as a reminder of such.

Good luck getting YOUR OWN MEDICAL RECORDS from this "lab." They are horrible at their job & I would not recommend them to anyone. Take your money elsewhere- there is no shortage of fertility labs in Los Angeles. Fortunately for me, I am a lawyer and gearing up to sue them. DM me for more details. To ART, spare me the offer to call and share my experience with you-- you've ignored me for too long and wasted too much of my time. Read the reviews about your company: you are the problem. Anyone going through assisted reproduction knows it can be very stressful, particularly when it comes to timelines. I needed to have my oocytes transferred to another facility and was having difficulty getting it done. Sylvia went above and beyond to make sure my eggs were transported in time for my surgery. I am so grateful to her ad the staff at ART Reproductive!
