Terrible experience. Doctor no showed the second appointment. Staff informed me after 90 minutes in the waiting room that he is on his way. I wanted to wash my hands and be done with this awful place, but his billing team has been hounding me since October for the copay I've already paid. Currently on hold with his billing department again (4th time) to get this resolved. I didn't want to write a one star Google review as this will affect his office staff who work way too hard covering for his shortcomings. Do not send your loved ones here or go yourself. There are dozens of better doctors within the same building or close by.

First off I wanted to thank you for helping my mother with her shoulder issues, and not being one to just "cut" before trying other therapeutic methods. The stem cell/PRP injection you did on her has changed her life and she is able to function normally again. She is even lifting weights and exercising! Dr Raj is simply the best - I've referred several of my patients for different orthopedic issues and all have been successfully treated and happy with their outcomes. Really cannot give him enough praise for his outstanding treatments and bedside manner.

When I arrived I was asked repeatedly asked if I had a lawyer with me. Obviously this office does a lot of work with lawyers and personal claims. Lol. After 20 minutes of waiting I saw Dr. Jonathan Frank for maybe 7 minutes. He told me to get a brace. And then he charged me $1087.62. I wish I could attach a copy of my bill. Highway robbery.
