List of Beny Charchian's Reviews
This is a long overdue review! I saw Dr. Charchian about two years ago when I was dealing with terrible sciatica pain—and with my wedding coming up, I was desperate for relief. After a throughout consultation and imaging, he recommended a couple of treatments to try. I decided to first give it a try to a less invasive option, which gave me a bit of short-term relief. When that wasn’t enough, we decided to move forward with an epidural. I was a little nervous at first, but honestly, it didn’t hurt at all and I truly trusted him throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. About 2 weeks after treatment, I was able to travel from California to the Caribbean for my wedding, walk down the aisle, and even dance. I can’t even describe how grateful I am for that! What really stood out to me was how much Dr. Charchian truly cares. He even called me a couple of times just to check in and see how I was doing. That kind of follow-up is so rare these days, and it meant a lot to me. Now, when I have a sciatica flare up, I know who to contact for relief. If you’re in pain and looking for a doctor who not only knows what he’s doing but truly cares, I highly recommend Dr. Charchian.
I don't write many reviews. Only when I feel really compelled to do so. It's so hard to find good doctors these days and to navigate the insurance system. That's why I wanted to take a moment and write this. I went to see Dr. Charchian based on a referral from a friend. I was having a terrible sciatica condition that left me barely able to walk or sleep. The key difference I found with Dr. Charchian is that he truly cared. He wanted to find a resolution to my pain issue and he was able to truly relate having gone through something similar himself. He was kind, patient, listened to everything I had to say and even checked up on me to see how I was doing after a procedure. When is the last time in a big city like Los Angeles you received care like that? I'd like to also give a shout out to his staff. A great doctor, these days, is not enough to make a great office. As I'm sure you all know, navigating insurance and getting approvals is sometimes as painful as the problem you are trying to cure. Dr. Charchian's staff was incredible. They fought for my approvals and got them in record time so that I could be treated right away. I was in so much pain, this made a huge difference. Feel free to read my other reviews as you will see that I only take the time to write one when I truly feel there is a benefit to other people like me. If you have a joint or spine pain or rehab issue, I highly suggest you see Dr. Charchian. One more note: I was able to park on Bedford in the free Beverly Hills lot and I only had to walk a couple of blocks over. They give you 2 hours free! I wish you the best with your health issue and hope you find relief for your pain.
I've been going to Dr Charchian for 6 years for my back. After tearing my hip labrum the PRP shot Dr Charchian gave me seems to have really helped me. I'm almost where I was before the injury.
Awful, awful creature. The man should not be allowed near humans let alone patients.
Unprofessional demeanor
This man was shown prominently in several videos attempting to trigger a student's deathly banana allergy at a protest. I have major concerns about how he would treat patients with different opinions than his
Avoid He is not well advised on current medical treatments and innovations. He also has questionable treatment of patients from certain backgrounds.
Well she was seen threatening a person with a banana allergy by holding bananas and eating them in close proximity to the person with the allergy. I highly doubt that is professional behavior for a medical professional. She should have her license removed and revoked for being completely ignorant and offensive.
Dr. Beny refused to treat my mother because she is muslim. Do not recommend.
He feels your pain! I had knee problems to the point I couldn't walk. The friendly & efficient office staff whisked me in quickly & Dr. Charchian explained what options I had once my scan came in. He gave me a shot in the knee, then five more over a period of weeks. We hoped they'd work, but he said it was time to see a surgeon. I decided to move to AZ rather quickly & my knee was a huge problem. He saw me right away due to the urgency & gave me a shot. He is so compassionate, his staff is very pleasant & responsive and I know he would have seen me through the whole process of knee replacement if I had not moved. Dr. Charchian is the best, and he's so gentle you don't feel the needle -- plus he's handsome enough, it distracts you!
