Dr Raker has been my three kids pediatrician from day one. I am so lucky to have her as, not only a doctor but a mentor to me as mom. Dr Raker thank you for ALWAYS being there for my kids and for me with everything. From having my first child almost ten years ago you have helped me grow so much as a mom. Excellent Pediatrician, Very Knowledgeable, has an incredible ability of explaining things that just don't make sense to an average parent. Her office and staff are amazing.

Dr. Raker has been nothing less than stellar. She has been my twin 20 year old daughters' pediatrition since they were two and a half and my 14 year old son since the minute he was born. I trust her implicitly with my three children. Between hospital visits, guidance with the challenges of adolescence and sending the first two off to college, Dr. Raker is a constant positive in our lives. I must add...my daughters were so bummed when they turned 18 and were "kicked" of the practice. They still go in to visit when they are home on break! Thank you for the years of dedication you have given to my children and me!

My Insurance changes and she doesnt accept my insurance anymore

Dr. Raker is a highly evolved, caring pediatrician. She is a proponent of Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating, for which I am most grateful.I highly recommend her for every child and teen, as she will lead them toward a healthy relationship with their food and body

My children have seen Dr. Raker for over a decade. She has helped us through many a difficult time, always with compassion and understanding. I couldn't ask for a better physician.

The office staff who picked up the call (a female receptionist) is just horrible!! My baby has thrush which cannot be cured after 4 months of nystatin, that's precisely the reason we want to see Dr. Raker, but she turned us away because we are international patients. She said we cannot see the doctor because of that??!! What a way to be a doctor, what happens to your oath to treat a sick baby?? This must be the coldest and least humane practice, don't send your baby there to a pretentious place like this. There are tons of topndoctor around with a conscience!

We adore Dr. Bess and love this practice. She is attentive and takes a lot of time with us during office visits. She answers all of my questions with amazing patience. I feel very comfortable there and my kids love her! She's great at distracting my kids and keeping them involved so they never get scared even when she has to poke them or prod them a bit! We never wait long to see Dr. Bess for our regular visits but I must warn you that she can be booked out several months in advance-so book early! And kudos to her amazing and caring staff. We spend half the year overseas for my husband's job, and though we have medical care there, we find ourselves turning to the staff at Beverly Hills Pediatrics with our medical questions and proposed treatments and they are always extremely supportive and helpful. Yes, she does follow the guidelines set by the CDC for vaccination, but I would be very uncomfortable seeing a doctor who didn't. I highly recommend Dr. Bess. We love her!

I have to chime in here, Dr. Raker, her staff and her partners are just awesome. I feel so fortunate to have her as our LO's pediatrician. The office is very efficiently run - the scheduling process is straightforward, wait time is pretty minimal, and you can always get one of her fabulous nurses, at the very least, to call you back within a couple hours if you have a medical question. Dr. Raker's personality is so bubbly and she's so good with our little one. My father-in-law is a pediatrician as well and she is grandpa approved. :) I do agree with one of the other reviewers - parking is expensive (it's Beverly Hills after all) but we've always been able to find street parking reasonably close.
