i have to say that this office is so professional the office is modern and clean i had the pleasure of having Lauren Julien she was so polite, caring understanding and absolutely one of the best experiences that I've had there. I highly recommend anyone who wants to go have the best dermatology care to this place. the staff is the best everyone's professional smiles on their face. Absolutely had a wonderful experience today.

For 6 years now Dr Bussell and her team, under Bussell’s direction, has provided me with the best skin care, and even when my hair began to thin out, her expertise was knowledgeable and professional beyond my wildest imagination. Her products… even after traveling and buying very expensive skin care, creams, lotions, and potions, I go right back to Bussell’s creams lotions and potions! I can’t say enough good things about Beverly Hills Dermatology.

I have been seeing Dr. Bussell for over 30 years. I'm a fan. I have found her knowledgeable, kind, an excellent communicator , and proactive and thoughtful. On occasion she has referred me to other specialists (not dermatologists). They have always been superb. She is practical, too. She doesn't just prescribe incredibly expensive prescriptions.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this BH Dermatology office. I scheduled an appointment for my elderly mother to have a skin checkup and it turned out that they didn't accepted the insurance my mother has. It would have been easy to check the insurance during the appointment process and not at the office. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate for my mother has ambulatory health issues. When scheduling appointments, don't take their word for it. Verify and be 100% sure that they take your insurance. Otherwise, you'll be wasting your time.

Dr Bussell and Alexandra and everyone in this place really does care about your condition and truly show it, even on a busy day I called for help and was told that Alexandra was very busy patients and she still found the time to call me back and give me advice on what I should do to help my condition, they have worked with me to improve my quality of life. There were times where I felt I needed an urgent appointment and they worked with me and were able to see me. I want to THANK EVERYONE at this business on how much your effort means to me, THANK YOU THANK YOU AND THANK YOU AGAIN!

You know I used to LOVE Dr. Bussell, especially since she healed my friend's skin.. she had severe acne. I used to live MarJon when she worked here, she's gone now and every time I come in I get different women working on me, which makes me feel a bit uneasy. They don't know me, don't know my skin, they are getting younger and younger every time I come in, which means I'm getting older . I wish there was more consistency in the office.

From the incredible front office (which is really important and sets the tone) to the PA’s, old and new; they have always been incredibly helpful and gentle in all they do. They listen, explain and help map out treatment plans. My family has used them from acne, rashes, eczema, cysts, skin care, peels and always yearly skin checks watching moles and sun damage for the last 15 years.

Dr Bussell, Alexandra and every staff member there listed to all my concerns then took good care of me and with their advice and treatment gave me a 2nd chance at a better quality of life. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!

This Saturday, I had the best experience and service ever. Dr. Bussell and her staff were outstanding, courteous, and gentle. I had fillers and Botox done on my face, and peeling on my hands. Dr. Bussell's cosmetics are so divine. Love coming here.

First of all, Dr Bussell is rarely if ever seen there. In fact I believe Dr busell is retired. In the past I have received very good treatment for the usual stuff, light face peel, and checking for blemishes etc but this extra fee that I see here is insane. Back in the day you would just make an appointment and go and now they want almost $200 extra just to see you. Wow they were never that good.
