A few weeks ago I got PRP with Acell at Beverly Hills Hair Group. I had been having increased shedding for a bit so my doctor recommended I try PRP. I know it takes awhile to see results but I wanted to first come review the overall experience. I'll come back to update with results! First and foremost, the entire process was pretty easy and enjoyable. I was pretty stressed about getting PRP since it's a lot of shots in your head but I genuinely had nothing to worry about. Fabien was great throughout the entire process from answering my questions via email when I first wrote in to getting me all set up. I even had to reschedule my first appointment due to being sick and he was more than accommodating and rescheduled for me without issue. When I got there my nerves were pretty high but I was excited overall. Fabien introduced me to Dr. Amit Banerjee who performed the PRP for me and they both walked me through how the procedure would work, what to expect, and made sure I was feeling good before getting started. Dr. Banerjee was awesome. Made sure I was numbed and comfortable throughout the entire process. We chatted throughout the process and time flew by. He walked me through all the aftercare instructions and off I went! There were no surprises in my healing and it was only mildly sore for a bit after but nothing bad at all. Now that it's done, I wait to see if I have success. I'm confident I will and know it'll take a few months. I'd highly recommend Dr. Banerjee and Beverly Hills Hair Group if you're looking to get PRP done for hair loss or shedding.

After having them perform a hair transplant for me yesterday it's obvious why the reviews are so amazing! Fabien and the entire staff here are the nicest and most professional people you will meet. Even though the whole procedure lasted from roughly 7 AM until 3 PM they made it enjoyable for me! I was comfortable the whole time, the music was great, they provided me with a delicious lunch and all of the pre-op and post op instructions were as clear as day. I just had the procedure done yesterday so I will update this review with photos once my hairline is looking amazing in nine months! I really can't recommend this place enough. If you want to do a hair transplant look no further and give them a visit, I am so happy that I did!!!

Sent a request for a consultation for PRP hair treatments on 3/26. Finally got a message back on April 2nd from Fabien about setting up an appointment. Immediately replied to that message... and then crickets. Got another text from Fabien 9 days later on 4/11 asking if 4/25 would work for me. I'm not sure what kind of business thinks they can run on sparse communication, but it seems like they are not really in any sort of rush to sell their product, and especially when someone is trying to book an initial consult, it might be nice to not make them feel like an afterthought. Can't speak to their results, but come on, step up the customer service a bit.

I seriously love this place. Everyone is so nice. It has an elegant atmosphere and the quality of care is phenomenal. I went somewhere else for my first FUE and it went terribly. Only about half the follicles survived and the rest fell out, which is really discouraging since these don't grow back.
