Had the best experience w my rhinoplasty at this facility. The nurse Mary was extremely kind and professional, front staff was helpful and the entire process was smooth as can be. Highly recommend!!
Mary is amazing at her job, she knows how to work with your skin type and pain tolerance to make sure your treatments take as quickly as possible. Everyone who works here is so professional and nice! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for fantastic work at a fantastic price!
I used to have an acne problem & had gone to other doctors to get it solved. Each dr would tell me different things & try different methods for my situation, but none were effective at all. I then went to Mary & she told me about laser & other things that will help me out. I gave it a shot & wow, am I glad I did. I don't have my acne problem anymore, they done come back like they used to & my skin has been feeling smooth & soft! Happy that this team was able to solve my issue!
Friendly, personable and knowledgeable staff with high end laser hair removal equipment. Received amazing service from a promotion they did during a bridal expo and they went above and beyond the delivery! Very happy with the overall experience and outcome
This place is very clean with amazing staff. I had amazing experience here and definitely will be back again.
Let me start by saying I got my breast done here years ago and the surgeon is very talented. I love them and love Dr Leal he's very talented. However, the low rating is because of what the Nurse Mary did to my skin. In the beginning she was very kind and even gave me laser sessions for free because I was bringing in so many friends and I was really happy with everything. One day she tells me I need to laser my face saying it was necessary and I'd love it. I completely trusted her and allowed her to do it. After two sessions, I noticed I began breaking out horribly. Acne is something I had never in my life dealt with. My skin had always been very clear up until the laser. I came to her with my concerns and she told me I needed a $200 facial and that I needed to continue lasering and that the laser was not the problem. Again, I trusted her and this seemed to do the trick for about a week and then the acne would return with the re growth of any hair. Months of lasering go by and my skin is absolutely horrible. It did a complete 360. I'll attach pictures below. I continued to voice my concern and she then told me I needed their $1000 skincare line. This was completely out of my budget so she offered me payment plans and I think she even gave me some items for free as long as I kept doing the facials every month. I believe I spent around $400-600 on the products. These products were absolutely horrible. They made my skin extremely oily and irritated. I voiced these concerns and told her I truly believed it was the laser and I wanted to stop. It had now been months of facials, laser, and their skincare products. She would get extremely defensive and angry for questioning her and voicing these concerns and insist I just didn't know what she was talking about. I became desperate and seeked out a dermatologist. When I told Mary this she once again became defensive and told me not to follow the dermatologist recommendations. Now I can see it's because she knew they'd be able to fix my acne and I wouldn't need these $200 facials and $400+ skincare anymore. She saw how frustrated I was and then told me she could fix my acne in 20 days if I paid for a $2000 mud facial or something like that. So ridiculous. Finally I stopped going to Mary all together after months of being gaslighted and told I was wrong. My dermatologist agreed that the laser removal was causing my pores to clog when the hair would regrow, and causing my acne. Then, before I even told my esthetician this story she told me to stop shaving my face on our very first session together as soon as she took a look at my skin (she thought I was shaving it but it was the laser). If both a dermatologist and an esthetician could clearly see the problem, I find it hard to believe Mary (an RN) couldn't. My dermatologist cleared my skin within 3 months of being off laser and my skin hasn't had a breakout since. However I am now left with some scarring due to all the acne Mary caused me. Also, she was always talking bad about other patients if they got work somewhere else. She'd make comments about my weight and made me feel really bad about myself. Don't go here.
I came here for 6 sessions of laser and I am extremely pleased! The front desk person was always sooo friendly and accommodating. And not to mention Mary who did my laser. She was fantastic, always so funny and sweet. The laser sessions were quick and painless. I can't wait to go back for my facial peel.
Mary and Jason are the best. So knowledgeable and friendly. I never thought laser would work for me because of my dark pigment, but i'm almost hair free !!! Mary knows what's she's doing and explains every little detail. Try them out, you won't regret it.
STAY AWAY! I got my breasts done by Dr. Leal back in 2001 and was left botched. He never even bothered to check up on me after. I left messages and no one ever responded. Its been 10 years and I can finally get a revision done by a different doctor. After getting my revision, my doctor told me that Dr. Leal didnt even cut into my muscle at all! Thats why my shape was ruined. My implants sat too high, looked square, and hurt sporadically throughout the years. My incision was thru the underarm and was supposed to be under the muscle but never did. My breasts were ruined. He also ruined another friend of mine and gave her severe symmastia. Do not go to him! UPDATE: Since the business responded, I'd like to reply. The pictures have a blue background because it was taken at my new doctor's office as a BEFORE photo before I got my breasts fixed a week ago. I showed him your response and he said the muscle was definitely not cut and the pocket was done incorrectly. As for a capsular contracture, he said that it's definitely not that and if it was, it was minimal and definitely would not make my breasts look like that for 10 years now. I stand by my review.
It was very disappointing the first surgery, when I got home I noticed that one of my breast was bigger than the other. I had this done twice no problems perfect . This time I went to a different place because the place where I went the first time was too far.So this doctor Was referred to me.The doctor is a very nice guy But his Nurse! She talks too much ! she talks over the doctor it’s like the doctor can’t talk for himself I asked the Doctor a questions and she would answer the question I had to wait almost a year for the second surgery because of the Covid once they started back they were taking in new patients and I had to call continuously to get get a appointment. The first surgery they didn’t tell me they were going to intubate me I woke up my throat hurt worse than the surgery itself. so the second surgery I asked him not to intubate me. So they called in a new anesthesiologist he came in the room to talk to me, to let me know what he was going to do, he was talking to me when the nurse came in and interrupted him and tried to tell me what he was going to do instead of letting the doctor tell me what he was going to do. I had to tell her to shut up let’ him talk. When I came out of surgery they dress me no bandages, sent me home blood all on my clothes I had to put bandages over my breast. Right breast still doesn’t look the same as the left. I never went back. The nurse she called a couple of times trying to get me to come back I refused because I didn’t want to talk to her I wanted to talk to the doctor, she’s rude! she let you know that she’s the head nurse I really didn’t care Who she was, she was very unprofessional and because of that I will never go back there.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
