All questions were answered. I went with my husband. We will be doing micropigmentation. Previous we had transparent. We did not have enough hair to finish. Looking forward to this procedure

Bosley is MUCH better than its 3.5 star Yelp rating. Most people don't want to admit they got a hair transplant, so they don't leave a review. Similarly, I created a new account just for this review.Bottom line is they'll do a great job for you. Sure, there are probably places that can do a better job or for less money, but Bosley only does hair transplants, so they know what they're doing.Shari-Lyn and Leo were absolutely fantastic with scheduling, and I'm really grateful to them. When the general number could only schedule my consultation 6 weeks out, Shari-Lynn squeezed me in for the following week. When I had a conflict for my procedure date, Leo pulled in technicians from out of town to accommodate my schedule.And Dr. Deutsch did a great job. I'm 2 months out, so it's still early, but the grafted hairs look normal and natural (I got 1200 grafts, so my hair was thinning but not severely balding). The actual procedure was fine--a little uncomfortable at times, but that's expected. I was there about 8 hours. They also carefully guard your privacy, making sure you won't encounter anybody else even when going to the bathroom. During the consultation, I felt a little but not horrible pressure to get more grafts than I needed. It's helpful to look at their photos and decide how many grafts you need based on somebody whose hairline resembles yours; I also requested to speak with the doctor who confirmed that 1000-1200 grafts would be right. It appears like a good way to save money is to be on their "standby list" whereby if they have last-minute openings in their schedule, you jump in to fill that slot.So rest assured that Bosley will do a great job for you, and they're better than these Yelp ratings suggest.

Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable!

The whole team was great. I felt very cared for and safe. The only part I was uncomfortable with was the salesman up selling me. It was hard to resist more grafts and the platelet infusion but I know they want to insure the best result.

Everyone was professional and really 👍 nice . I would highly recommend them to anyone with hair loss issues.

What an awful company! Horrible experience with non-stop "reminders" from the office and Sam, my consultant, even after I told them I was traveling abroad and to stop calling/texting me. When I made the international long distance call, it took asking 3 different people for a manager, and then was told that someone would call me back to discuss my problem. I am offended that they treated me like a child with the multiple threatening calls and text messages. The manager claimed they were doing standard pre-op info, but I accomplished that over a week prior. I am doubtful I'll get my $1,000 deposit back, and what makes it even worse, is they had a last minute cancellation, so I jumped through hoops on my end to take the appointment, and they treated me like an incompetent child that wouldn't honor the appointment. Already cancelled my flights, hotel and rental car. I'd rather go to Turkey and at least be wined and dined before and after the procedure...oh and pay 1/3 the price.
