Carolyn Alexander's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Alexander worked with us (an LGBTQ+ couple) tirelessly for years until we had a healthy baby. She was always absolutely up to date on fertility research and publications, and creative in the ways she troubleshot and problem solved. She paid meticulous attention to detail, creating very custom plans for us and continually dialing the knobs. She was also available to us whenever we needed her, and compassionate throughout the journey. Grateful to her and her staff for supporting us through a challenging time and helping us start our family.

Dr. Alexander's confidence and expertise in the field of infertility put both my partner and me at ease when going through this uncertain, often scary process. She made us feel that our dreams of becoming parents were a possibility. Two miracle babies later, we happily endorse Dr. Alexander and her wonderful team.

I started seeing Dr. Carolyn Alexander after about a year of trying to get pregnant. First off, she's incredibly sweet and extremely knowledgeable. She made a detailed plan for me and her staff has been in contact with me on how to follow through with the instructions. Also, Dr. Alexander has been in contact with me even after my visit, to guide me along my pregnancy journey. That is very reassuring for me and makes me so happy that I've chosen her as my doctor for this sensitive issue. I was referred to her by many happy patients that have had much success in the past, and I'm confident I'll have the same experience. Thank you Doc!

She is by far the nicest, sweetest, and caring doctor that you will ever meet. From the day we met her, we were locked in by her spirit alone. She is so knowledgeable and open about the entire process. She takes her role in your journey to heart and won't make a move unless she is sure everything will yield results. She personally cares about each of her patients and you feel it everytime you interact with her.SCRC feels like home, everyone goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and taken care of. The staff is phenomenal and attentive. The office is gorgeous by the way!

SIMPLY THE BEST. the journey through fertility is daunting and very emotional. Dr. Alexander walks you through it with her expertise. She has a calm, collected and "matter of fact" approach. You can see her think a million miles a minute, adjusting protocols to individualize your care, which I appreciated soo much because she doesn't just look at you as a number, but takes your case as a whole and gIves it serious thought. After 1.5years of trying to get pregnant and failing at it (who thought it would be so hard?)  , I contacted Dr Alexander. I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility, possibly silent endometriosis. Her team is very responsive, always responding to my phone calls/emails. the clinic is open at 7 AM which allowed me to get in before work for my appts, making the whole experience less stressful. For my own piece of mind, I went to 2 other clinics for a second opinion, but I circled right back to Dr. Alexander for a number of reasons; mainly because she's thorough, up-to-date on all things relating to fertility and she works at a huge facility that has a state of the art embryology lab (which is very important! If you do IVF).lastly and perhaps most importantly, she got me pregnant with just one round of IVF.  I'm currently 36 weeks pregnant while I write this review. I couldn't recommend her/ her team/ or scrc enough. They are truly the Ferrari of fertility clinics in LA.
