I had surgery with Dr. Deutsch and his assistant Cindy and he did great job in my hair but I need the second surgery and I was so excited to see him after six months for check up. I called a month ago to confirm my appointment and called again a week before appointment to reconfirmed it before I buy my ticket to travel to LA. Two days before appointment his office called me and cancel my appointment bc he is not available and refer me to see someone else. Its unfortunate that his office is not responsible enough to care about the client and refer them easily to someone else after called them several times to confirm my appointment. If you decide to go there, you will get great results but they dont know how give customer service and care about you!
