As a fellow healthcare practitioner, very unimpressed. I found the allied office staff to be very rude, when questioning the nature and incorrect appointment time I was met with defensiveness and literally hung up on. When I questioned the nature of a bill, same ignorance. No one seemed to listen or care. Would never recommend to an enemy, let alone a friend or family.

I had a very frustrating experience with this office. While the initial visit seemed routine, the follow-up communication was confusing and, at times, inaccurate. I was given information over the phone that did not align with the actual pathology report, which caused a significant amount of unnecessary stress and anxiety. When I tried to clarify the discrepancy, it was difficult to get clear, consistent answers. It felt like there was a lack of coordination between staff and providers, and I did not feel confident in the information I was being given. Ultimately, I sought input from another dermatology office and was able to obtain more nuanced, accurate information, which I am very grateful for. That experience highlighted the importance of clear and precise communication, especially in situations involving medical results. Patients rely on accurate communication, especially when it comes to test results. Unfortunately, that standard was not met in my case. I would encourage the office to improve how results are communicated and verified before being relayed to patients.

I visited the office because I have a small lesion on my face. They did a biopsy & got back to me with the results the next day. The staff was very professional, which I appreciated. I highly recommend this dermatology clinic.

Best and warmest doctor and staff. Professional, kind, impeccably clean and on time. Old school; kind, caring and still loves his job and patients. So nice to see someone work for the love of it not just for the money. Thank you all for a great experience and the opportunity to see what medicine done well looks like.
