As an athlete, I've always struggled with acne around my face, especially because of the training environments I'm constantly in. I came to Divina Dermatology as someone who had little to no knowledge about skincare. During my consultation, I explained that I wasn't sure what routine or products to use, and they took the time to guide me through a clear plan. I left with a personalized skincare routine along with prescribed oral and topical medication. Throughout the process, I didn't experience any side effects and felt completely normal. The biggest adjustment was simply getting used to being consistent with a daily skincare routine. After a few months, my acne has noticeably improved, and I've become much more aware of how to properly take care of my skin. Overall, I'm really thankful for the care and guidance I received from Dr. Jacquiline Hakim. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who feels lost with skincare and wants professional help. Dr. Hakim is warm, friendly, and immediately puts you at ease. She clearly explained why a biopsy was necessary, the risks of not proceeding, and the associated insurance costs. The procedure itself was quick, easy, and painless, and she walked me through each step in detail, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and reassuring.

Dr. Hakim and her team are exceptional. They’ve always been able to get me in quickly whenever I call, which I really appreciate. She takes the time to truly listen and, more importantly, walks you through exactly what’s going on and what to expect with treatment and medications. It never feels rushed or transactional like some other offices. Her approach is thoughtful, thorough, and patient-focused. Truly one of the best.

I love coming in to see Dr. H and her incredible staff! I'm always greeted so warmly and feel so taken care of throughout the appointment. Dr. H is amazing - she knows everything and always answers all my questions. I've seen her for medical skin issues as well as cosmetic treatments and she is so knowledgeable and professional about all of it. I've also had some treatments with Callie who is wonderful - she is meticulous and gentle and such a joy. I truly would only drive to Beverly Hills from the east side for them.
