This guy is the real deal. Super efficient, caring, and funny. A great doctor with a great personality. Easily accessible office with 2hr parking for free in the garage around the corner. I had surgery on my ear keloids twice before in the past 10 years and they grew back bigger each time. Dr. Handel recommended a new process that was part surgery and part radiation. This combination was handled by Dr. Handel and Dr. Bernard Lewinsky. It's been a week since the operation and I'm healing up nicely. Only was in pain for one day, I couldn't believe it. Can't wait to look sexy again

Dr Handel is a rare gem! He single handedly changed the trajectory of my life for the better!! I was nervous but he and his colleagues made me comfortable. He was meticulous and caring, and because of his excellent work my recovery time was minimal. The human body is amazing, and it needs to be tended to by amazing people, such as him. A master of the art and a blessing to everyone he has had the pleasure of working with. I am a mom of three, and after carrying and breast feeding my girls, I was excited to see Dr. Handel and repair my herniated belly button, diastasis recti, and get breast implants to restore the appearance of my breasts after breast feeding. Dr. Handel performed a beautiful transformation, above and beyond my expectations--while repairing my belly button, he was able to repair my diastasis recti (separated abdominal muscles) through the belly button incision, delivering exceptional results without any scarring. Something I didn't even know was possible. I was beyond pleased with these results. Dr. Handel has helped enhance my confidence, and improve the appearance of my abdomen and breasts in a very natural and beautiful way. I now have an innie belly button, flat and tight abdomen, and full natural looking breasts. The entire experience was a pleasure, Dr. Handel listened to what I was hoping to accomplish, and provided an exceptional result, his staff members were supportive of me during the entire process. He afforded me all the time and attention I needed before and after my procedure. All of my questions were answered patiently and I felt I was in safe and competent hands. On Dec 21, 2021 Dr. Handel changed my life. He put me in a suit I want to unzip and step out of, but I can't. I'm trapped. He has a lot of happy clients, unfortunately I'm not one of them. I went into my initial consultation with a simple request. Make my implants smaller. My boobs had gotten big over the years. But I liked my implants, they made me feel sexy. I had natural curves; hips and a waist so I liked having my boobies. I felt it balanced me out. But at 5' 2" and approaching menopause, the boobs were just to big for me at this point. Feeling vulnerable in a paper gown and bad lighting with him and his very pushy side kick Nina, he spun me around, grabbing love handles, etc saying that he could give me a tremendously better shape by doing liposuction and taking out my implants completely because I had enough breast tissue and doing a fat transfer. I did not know what to make of this, but he said it's better to be done with the implants once, and for all. I asked him, can you really make my boobs look better without the implants he said, tremendously better!! And he said my body would have a much better shape with the lipo. I asked if the Lipo would cause lumps and bumps or hangy skin. He said no. I trusted his words. I told him I don't want small boobs and I don't want too much fat taken out of my body. I'm used to how I am and I don't want to be skinny, it's just not me. He also wanted to do my legs and put fat until my butt. I am SO glad I said no to that. I said I'm used to my thick thighs and it would just be weird to change them. But I went ahead with his plan, trusting his words. What a fool was I to trust him. The day of surgery he grabbed fat on my back and said, do you wanna take this out? It'll look great in backless dresses. You'll look so sexy. I said as long as the skin doesn't hang sure. Well let me tell you, he ended up taking 6 L of fat out of me, and I did not need that much taken out. He should have known a 50 year old woman doesn't have the skin quality to take out that much fat and have good results! I was under for eight hours, and it took me two hours to wake up!!!! My family was so worried about me. Where do I even begin with the mess ups. Nothing he did was good. My skin hangs down my back. I'll be standing in the kitchen doing dishes or cooking and I can just feel it hanging down my back. It's 15 months after the surgery, and I have finally stopped crying for the most part. I have had friends for 25 years and they consider me one of the happiest people that they know. I have never battled with depression but this surgery has been a doozy for me. I carry a sadness with me now. I also told him I didn't want my top half to not match my bottom half, he didn't listen to anything I said. The two look like they don't belong together anymore. and as for the breast he wrote on my pre op papers that he was going to use an existing scar from a mini lift that I had 11 years ago. We agreed to that. I woke up to 10 inch scars, and I have tremendous fat necrosis on my left breast and partial on my right. When he took my bandages off, I was so concerned about my left breast. It kept giving me problems and I called him and asked him if it will ever look normal and he asked if I will ever act normal! Also, they did not advised me to stop taking my supplements until six days before the surgery. What negligence! I found out from a client that you're supposed to stop 10 to 14 days before especially the fish oil. I really feel like all they cared about was my money. I also knew from the get-go he took too much fat out of me, especially on my left side. It hurts so badly. And of course Nina was quickly to say no he didn't. They make you feel like you're doing something wrong for having opinions about your own body and being in your body. I used to have such beautiful skin tone, now I'm all ripped and saggy. AND, my pubic bone is puffy from the fat he took out, everything just sags. It's just the worst thing that ever happened to me. They are unorganized and pushy. Also, my boobs are under my armpits pretty much, and he took away all my confidence. I used to be very confident in my body even though my boobs were too big, and I had some menopausal weight, but I was shapely and cute. I wish I could turn back time. I've gone to multiple professional surgeons who specialize in reconstruction, and they are just dumbfounded. They cannot understand why he did what he did. for the breast I've had to get two MRIs because of the deformity and fat necrosis. He wanted to fix it six months after the surgery I said no, absolutely not. I was so scared to have him touch me again and when I've gone to these other specialist, they don't even want to touch it without looking at an MRI. He was too aggressive with me and not meticulous and caring.
