Elite Outpatient is so unprofessional. There was a Groupon posted for 4 months that they claimed was voided by them with Groupon, so they wouldn’t honor the discount. Then they finally posted a new one & I went in for a consult. The amount first quoted was 3x their new Groupon (mind you I can take into account that extra procedures are needed). Then they went down to a more reasonable price. But I called a month later and she (Liz) said she would follow up Mon morning, she failed to do that. Then she changed the price! When I asked why, she said that was a one time offer for that day. But never stated this in the original consult. I brought this to her attention & no reply was stated. I said I had other consults, so I wasn’t sure. I called back again on a Friday, was told Liz would contact me on Mon. Mon passed, Tues passed & Wed almost passed w/no call. I call, no apology for the lack of follow up AND SHE CHANGED THE PRICE AGAIN!!! I had to finally state I cannot I business with such an unprofessional company. Do better🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
