As of writing this review, I am nearly 2yrs post op rhinoplasty and l'm immensely, beyond grateful every time I see my nose. I'm SO GLAD I chose Dr. Nima! Dr. Nima and his staff are absolutely wonderful and they all took such great care of me! From the beginning, they held my hand through this process. They answered every question & concern I had about rhinoplasty, and they are SO kind and patient. I'm a huge nerd who loves researching everything about a medical procedure, if I'm even slightly interested in it. I have wanted rhinoplasty since childhood, so you can guess how much I've looked into it! It was important that I found a highly-skilled rhinoplasty specialist who was not only knowledgeable, but also eloquent, passionate, and informative. Dr. Nima is all of that and much, much more. I didn't feel like just another patient. They constantly showed with their bedside manner and their care that I was in the best hands. Dr. Nima is golden and he's a master of his craft. Since following my post operative care to the T, I am so far beyond grateful for my beautiful nose that is symmetrical and works. Thank you Dr. Nima. Thank you thank you. I love my nose.

Forever Thankful to Dr. Nima and His Incredible Team! After months of research looking for the right doctor to treat my deviated septum, I found Dr. Nima and I'm so grateful I did. I went to him for a deviated septum that had made it hard to breathe for years due to a slightly broken nose I had in the past, which also left a bump on the bridge of my nose. During the consultation, Dr. Nima kindly recommended that we address both the functional and cosmetic concerns at the same time and I'm so glad I trusted him! So I’ve always was interested in getting a rhinoplasty but never really acted to much on it , it’s intimidating!!! And I was always busy working on my body, met w one surgeon for a consult yeah she seemed great but I wasn’t sold. Then during covid I worked up the “want” for it again ,The surgeon who usually does my body stuff doesn’t really do noses ( I’ve known this Surgeon maybe 15 years) his previous office girl told me before I left the deposit “ Don’t DO it “!! Was thinking of doing in Korea when I was living there but too scared still, and even more being in a different country! 4 years later my makeup artist sister tells me her clients daughter had a rhinoplasty done look at her photos , OMG GORGEOUS I CANNOT I was obsessed! I was like who is this surgeon I have to see more of his work! So I’m now following Dr.Nima … but also been doing throughout searches on surgeons cause now soooo much algorithm on rhinoplasty is coming up now! researched now a solid non stop 6 months went and did a consult in corona Del Mar I was confident but not comfortable and in my head I was like if I don’t atleast meet w Dr Nima I won’t know ! And I’ll always have that “what if” in the back of my head! I’d rack my brains if I didn’t atleast consult w him. So I waited to decide, I actually contacted Dr.Nima maybe 3months prior to the consultation on instagram and asked him “ I’m interested in doing my nose but I don’t want to do it unless it’s absolutely 1000% percent perfect something on those lines ! I could only imagine how many people surgeons come across people u know demanding unrealistic results or just have surgery obsessed outlook on the situation I get it and I’m sorry if I came off like that but yeah so he actually replied back to me .. something on the lines of “ nothing is going to be 1000% perfect , don’t do it “ .. I was like well ok… but this guys work looked too amazing I wasn’t letting this go lol !!! So I scheduled the consult! ( but didn’t tell him that was me he he ) Yeah a lot of places are cheaper , going out the country , or quick drive to Mexico .. but I wanted this to be a (1) time thing! NO ISSUES, I have friends who looked better before their 4-5 nose jobs! I didn’t wanna regret, not on my face! So once I met w Dr Nima I knew right away this is where I’m having my rhinoplasty at I just knew that “intuition” feeling came in! Then once I seen the wife’s nose I was double sold this Dr. is an Absolute artist! But of course he is a Capricorn!!! But honestly I’ve had surgery in Beverly hills before as well and Dr.Nima was definitely a much better , more comfortable experience actually out of all 3 surgeons I’ve visited Dr.Nima actually made me felt really cared about as a patient the whole staff is super professional, I appreciate Dr.Nima being realistic and patient .. I never have been so prepared for before and after a surgery like this it really made recovery so much more easier than what I was expecting, just be patient cause it’s definitely a process of a surgery but they are with u guiding u 1000% I’m one too looking at every angle in the magnifying mirror even now trying to look for imperfections , I was really worried about not being happy and wanting to do it again , but honestly Dr.Nima got that ONE AND DONE!! I can’t wait to see the final result this Dr. is something super special so glad I came to find him, like this is how surgery is suppose to be! You are suppose to feel happy and excited and cared about by the Dr and Staff! You are suppose to be like YES I got the result I wanted !!!!! And so many people told me not to do it too(proved them WRONG)!!!! Cause they were scared for me to open that door and want to do a revision!!!! No way !!! Thanks to Dr.Nima and the whole EOS Staff!!! Absolutely Life changing, 1000% NO REGRETS! Thank you again!

I had my rhinoplasty and lower blepharoplasty with Dr. Nima in Dec 2024. I'm a year and half out and I can honestly say I absolutely love my nose. Dr. Nima is a true professional that is compassionate, understand and highly skilled. He is a true artist and I can't thank him enough for the cute and perfect nose he gave me. From his kind and professional office staff to all of the appointments I've had has been timely and comfortable. I've never felt rushed with any visit as he sits and listens to you because he truly cares. I recommend anyone looking for a rhinoplasty to Dr. Nima because there is no one else like him! You won't be disappointed.

I consulted with Dr. Nima and he recommended a septoplasty and turbinate reduction procedure. The idea of surgery can be stressful but Dr Nima was empathetic and assured me that the procedure would be beneficial for my needs. He was able to show me the deviation in my septum and he explained in detail the steps he would take during the procedure to remedy the problem. Not only that, his team is amazing and very professional. They walked me through the post op care and were very communicative throughout the whole process which was assuring. I'm very grateful I was matched up with Dr. Nima and his team. My quality of life has improved and I can sleep so much better. Thank you!

Update and WARNING: Dr Nimas office asks patients with poor results/experience to sign a release with a Non-disparagement clause for a partial refund. This release PREVENTS patients from speaking out about their experience. --It's clear who is interested in misinformation and misrepresentation. THERE IS NOTHING MORE HEARTBREAKING AND UNPROFESSIONAL THAN DISFIGURING AND INJURING SOMEONE AND THEN TRYING TO OBFUSCATE AND OBSCURE THAT REALITY. Unfortunately Dr. Nima's office's response is in my opinion a complete misrepresentation of events. 1. NO I was not told of limitations that make my nose wider during my consultation. The preoperative consultation morphs also do not show this. They show a very narrow result. 2. NO I was not told that there would be grafts that would be visibly protruding after my surgery. They were also not in the morphs. And if I were told this I obviously would not have had surgery. 3. Dr Nimas office claims misinformation. Where? The nostrils are crooked, this can be seen in the after image. The nose is wide, this can be seen in the after image. The tip is bulbous and irregular this can be seen in the after image. None of these things were, again, in the morphs. 4. Dr Nimas office said I would need a revision under anesthesia that would cause thousands of dollars. This is documented in emails. 5. I have severe breathing problems as a result of this procedure.
