Hands down the best. I’m so thankful I chose him. My nose is absolutely gorgeous. I had no bruising and the results looked so amazing fresh out of surgery. Almost a year in now and it looks incredible! Great communication.

From my initial rhinoplasty consultation through my 8‑month post-op appointment, Dr. Nima and his staff have been absolutely amazing. They’ve always been available to answer any questions or address any concerns I’ve had along the way, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and supported. Their new location is beautiful and adds to the overall positive experience. I can honestly say I have nothing but great things to share about Dr. Nima. He truly makes me feel like he cares about me as a patient and is genuinely interested in how my healing journey is progressing. I highly recommend Dr. Nima to anyone considering rhinoplasty.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Dr. Nima/ EOS. I paid approximately $30,000 for my initial rhinoplasty. After the procedure, my nose appeared virtually unchanged to me, despite only seeking a tip revision. I understand that surgical outcomes can vary and that no result is guaranteed. However, at my first post-operative appointment, Dr. Nima acknowledged himself that the tip still appeared droopy and discussed that we should address it. I was also experiencing ongoing nosebleeds and clotting concerns following surgery, which I continue to experience. During that visit, we discussed scheduling a revision surgery. I agreed in office and was told I would receive a follow-up call to arrange the next appointment. That call never came. This occurred in 2023. After repeated efforts to reconnect with the office, I was only able to reestablish communication in 2026. At that point, we resumed discussions and scheduled the revision procedure. I was then sent consent and legal documents to review. As any patient should, I took time to read them carefully and had several questions regarding the wording, photography release, and terms. I was also surprised to see a new addendum referencing a 50% revision fee, when my prior understanding had been 30%. I attempted to speak directly with Dr. Nima to clarify these concerns but had difficulty doing so. At one point, I was informed I would need to pay $700 for a consultation in order to solely ask these questions. After organizing my questions and submitting them by email, I was informed during the same week as my scheduled surgery -- only days before the procedure -- that the surgery had been canceled, despite previously being under the impression that everything was moving forward as planned. Even though the surgery was set, and I have paid additionally for the revision. Up until I requested clarification regarding the consent documents, I believed everything was aligned for the procedure to proceed. The sudden cancellation after raising reasonable questions was unexpected and difficult to understand. Additionally, there were several interactions that I found inappropriate and unprofessional. I received an email containing another patient's name and information, which raised privacy concerns for me. On another occasion, via telephone, after being informed that the incorrect blood panel had been ordered and completed, I was told during the interaction that I could "be sued" if the test was not corrected. The statement was immediately walked back, but the exchange left me extremely uncomfortable. What concerned me most was not only the surgical outcome, but the way I was treated as a paying patient who simply wanted to fully understand the documents I was being asked to sign and ask reasonable questions regarding my care. Patients should feel empowered to advocate for themselves, ask questions, and fully understand medical and legal documents without feeling discouraged from doing so. Sadly, that was not my experience here.

Dr. Nima and his staff has been absolutely wonderful. The procedure was quick and painless. I love my results and everyone has been super sweet and attentive. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Better late than never but here I am, thinking “why didn’t I listen the first time?” I’ve been seeing Dr. Nima Shemirani since 2020, and over time that turned into real trust…… not just in his work, but in him as a person. That’s exactly why I felt comfortable trusting him with something as big as my nose. I originally went to him for a septoplasty. At the time he actually recommended doing a functional rhinoplasty, but I was stubborn and didn’t want to go that route yet. He didn’t push it, or try to upsell me. He just respected my decision and did exactly what I asked for. During that same consultation he noticed all the meds I was taking for migraines and was surprised I hadn’t wrecked my kidneys yet (his words 😅) he suggested Botox instead. I kept going back to him over the years for my migraines, which has been one of the only things that shocker…… truly works!!! So that trust just kept building naturally. And I have no more terrible side effects from those terrible meds I used to take. Eventually, what he warned me about happened. I started having real issues. My nostrils began collapsing noticeably, breathing wasn’t right, and I knew I should’ve listened the first time. At that point, going back to him for the functional rhinoplasty felt like the easiest decision. I couldn’t be happier that I did. Not only is he an amazing surgeon, he’s a talented Artist. It takes real technique and dedication, and he genuinely aims for perfection. Since my surgery, my breathing is better……honestly, almost too good. I didn’t realize how much I wasn’t smelling before. Things like flowers and even food smell so different now…..in the best way. I remember telling him “Dr.Nima you’re out here doing the Lords work” 😂. Aesthetically, it still looks like me…..just fixed. Nothing overdone, nothing underdone….I truly don’t think anyone would look twice and think “she had work done.” And that’s exactly what I wanted. Specially with all the horror stories out there. What i appreciate most in his non-egotistical approach . He was right from the very start. Yet, never pressured me….and when I was finally ready, gave me exactly what I needed. That kind of consistency and honesty over the years (Not just one visit) is rare. And it shows. Dr.Nima, along with Monica, and all of his staff have been amazing and supportive throughout the years. I’m so blessed to have found them years ago. If you made it through my whole review you’re probably just as dedicated as I was to finding the best. So I’ll keep it simple and ask. Do you like breathing? Is snoring getting you kicked out of bed? Are you simply just not happy with your nose? Then stop researching …… go see Dr.Nima. Or don’t….. stay miserable and don’t breathe 😂

I saw Dr Nima for a deviated septum. He went over the procedure and corrective options for me. He has a gentle personality with a confidence that puts you at ease. Procedure went extremely well. I knew what to expect and his follow up calls and texts were genuine. Their new office is what you would expect from a top notch plastic surgeon. I highly recommend Dr Nima!

While the cost was higher than some alternatives, the level of care, attention to detail, and overall experience justified the investment. Post-operatively, my daughter experienced no bruising, no nausea, and did not require pain medication — outcomes that exceeded our expectations and speak to Dr. Nima’s surgical precision and technique. Three months later, the office continues to maintain excellent communication, promptly responding to any questions or follow-up needs. The continuity of care has been outstanding. We are extremely pleased with both the results and the overall experience. I highly recommend Dr. Nima and his team to anyone considering cosmetic surgery and seeking a surgeon who prioritizes patient care, safety, and exceptional outcomes.

Hi! I am not someone who writes reviews very often but thought it was essential that I write one for Dr. Nima. As someone who has always been unsure about my facial features, I am beyond grateful and happy of the work he has achieved. I was definitely skeptical at first because altering your nose isn’t something that can be a easy fixed or a easy process but I am now almost a year post-op and continue to thank him for the wonderful results. He is very knowledgeable and listens to your concerns while giving honest and reliable feedback. The office as a whole is helpful and pretty responsive if you need anything. Everyone is kind and friendly to assist you of any uncertainty.
