Dr. Ourian is very kind and gentle. But my coolaser experience with him was a failure unfortunately.It has been a while and I still don’t see results.During my consultation, They gave me several options for treatment then I specifically asked an assistant about the success rate of this and she said 60-70%.I did the procedure based on her response. I was thrilled to hear that one session can create results by 60-70% so I proceeded.I didn’t see any improvement in my skin.

I am very glad to have this experience, after a series of consultations with many doctors, that I didn’t trust, and made me feel bad about myself , finally I met some really professional people at Epione , who understand, that the beauty of a woman , is to respect her soul ! It is expensive, but it’s worth it , I hope I can always afford it , 🙏 🌹

The doctor is definitely five stars, but the weight is extremely long and my numbing cream wore off the time the injection started, please keep this in mind for future patients need to be numbed really well, If the weight is longer they need to come in a second time and apply the cream or give the patient extra cream for their face to apply them self

Every time I come to Epione, I feel like I'm visiting my friends❤️ Dr. Ourian is extremely skilled at his practice and all the RN's and assistants are super friendly and easy to chat with. It is definitely worth a trip to fly out to 💯🙂

Front desk staff members were very kind. However, the nurse or doctor (I’m not exactly sure what her role was, but she provided me with a list of procedures I’d need) brought me to a room to talk about what I was looking to get done. The conversation was rushed and I didn’t get to talk about all that I wanted to talk about. It felt like she was trying to get me in and out. I had questions about the process of treatment. Was told to call back with my questions. I was very disappointed because I know for a fact that other clients do not get the poor service I received. I deserved better.
