Dr Kasabian is the best!!!I'm coming to him for ten years now for different procedures and I won't trust any one else !

Thank you Dr Kassabian for making me happy about myself. In the past i had struggled with a surgery that didn't end well with me. I wasn't happy with the results and i was waking up everyday so sad when i would look at myself. But now, after many months, years of waiting i finally got what i was looking for. Dr Kassabian fixed my biggest insecurity and i am thankful for that. Thank you for making me a priority & fixing what was once my biggest flaw.

BE AWARE! He does NOT care about his patients unless you're an IG influencer or celebrity!He overfilled my face and completely distorted my look! I had a bad feeling from the moment I met him- after first waiting for almost 2 hours! I should have left I'm an idiot !But I trusted and fell for his marketing! He didn't even make eye concat with me, was on his phone the whole time even his assistant made a face to him to pay attention to me! What am I chop liver because I'm not a public figure?? I only went in to fix a small issue on my face - he proceeded to give me more than I asked for!  Even during the procedure he barely spoke to me. I cried after I saw what he did, his nurse tried to tell me it'll be ok. It was just swollen. They had me see their esthetician to massage that area! Send me off! Well I didn't even have 11's ans yet he gave me 40 units of Botox on my forehead where I did not have wrinkles !  That caused my eyelids to droop majorly, had headaches and pain around my eyes! The swelling on my cheek never subsided!Went back to him to follow up - he placed more Botox to fix it ans im an idiot dor again trusting him!Listen and learn! I have dealt with major depression ever since that visit. Totally traumatized by it. Lost my natural look and now I've seen two professionals and both agree I have been given WAY TOO MUCH AND WRONG FILLER - it lasts  too long! I hate the day I met this doctor!Look him up! He has been sued for this very reason by a Brazilian actress !Had to pay her millions! He should have his license removed! I'm too sad and embarrassed  to show a pic of my face now vs before!

It has been 11 years since my rhinoplasty with Dr. Kassabian. I am writing because looking back, going to Dr. Kassabian was the worst, most traumatic mistake of my life.In my teens I wanted a nose job just for more refinement, it was something I dreamt of. When I turned 20, I decided to go for it. I was SO excited about my whole life ahead of me after this milestone of the big 2-0 and being close to graduating college. I wanted to make my dream a reality and better prepare for my future. My mother gave me her entire bonus to be able to afford it. Dr. Kassabian promised me the world. I remember going under anesthesia and him saying something along the lines of, "when you wake up your dreams will come true". When I woke up, my nose bridge was crooked, jagged. My nose was larger. I had a piece of bone that stuck out from one side, it was so pointy I worried it would cut through the skin. The bottom was so thick and drooped down so low. My nose was packaged from the inside out with gauze. It smelled like a decaying corpse. The recovery process was painful, awful, I kept giving it time because Dr. K said it needed more time. I waited a year. It didn't change, the smell didn't go away either. It was larger, uglier than before. The sides and nostrils didn't match, either. The reactions I got when people looked at my face were very negative. I kept telling Dr. K that something was wrong, and every time he gaslit me and told me nothing was wrong. I asked him to show me my before and after so I could show him how my nose before was actually a lot smaller and more delicate than this bulbous, thick, misshapen nose he gave me. He refused, but he did offer me a revision if I paid for the anesthesia. Another 1k out of my pocket to have my hopes dashed once again. As a result of the 2nd botched surgery, I fell into a deep, dark depression. I had bad insomnia, I had panic attacks every day. I had to go on antidepressants. I single handedly attribute the loss of many years of my 20's, that arguably people would say are the best years of someone's life, to him. When you promise a young GIRL, I mean, I was a GIRL, the world, take her money and then don't deliver, ruin her face and then gaslight the shit out of her... what kind of monster does that? Do you understand the psychological, emotional, mental, PHYSICAL damage? Dr. K may not, which was proven after all the time spent dealing with him (his solution for everything- wait it out, then get more surgery), as he does a lot of noses, but when this is YOUR nose on YOUR face, it carries a different weight.Finally I had my nose revised by someone else and it ended the nightmare of the majority of my 20's. Everything promised by Dr. K he did not deliver. The recovery of my 2nd revision was nearly painless. I had no gauze in my nose cavities. It still haunts me though, that I went under the knife with Dr. K when I was so young and impressionable. I still wonder to this day what my nose would've been like if I didn't go see him. Even though the 2nd surgeon was a top notch surgeon, he still did have to build on/revise the damaged foundation created by Dr. K. But luckily, it was fine enough for me to move on and live my life. I wonder what my life would've been like if not for this. I was a very confident and outgoing, happy girl before I met him, and then my life became different. He took so many years off my life with all the stress, worry, depression, not to mention all that recovery. The effect also created huge tensions in my family. It was a terrible and painful thing for everyone, mostly me, the guilt and shame of it all tore me apart. I remember really not being okay at one point in time after the surgeries. You could see it in my eyes, they were lifeless, confused, so, so sad. And he offered me a free facial, it's laughable. I think anyone with a heart would've refunded my money at the very least. I remember his assistant was furious with him when I met with her. She spoke honestly that she'd seen this happen before and it was wrong.I write this because over the years, once in a while I'll search and see if this has happened to anyone else. I've noticed that he deletes bad reviews, or has multiple accounts and so the reviews do not portray the truth. I'm so sorry for everyone who has had their surgeries botched, money taken, lives ruined by this person they place their trust in. I can't tell you how long I've spent recovering, how much money I spent on therapy and all other ways just to have a bit of hope after this.

I've known Garo Kassabian for many many years. Definitely a MASTER at his craft and the sweetest human alive. He's done a lot of noses of our family members phenomenal results with amazing breathing afterwords(fixed all deviation as well as cosmetic outcome) few years ago I fainted in my house at 2 am ripped my eye/eyelid  open went to kaiser and they warned me that after stiching I would come out with terrible scarring and my eye may fall downwards cause it was a rip on my eyelid which was a soft/delicate part. Called  him at 3am from emergency room took us in at 4am, no one could even tell that part of my eye has even a scratch. Saved my eye and my face from looking forever scary. Amazing doctor and can literally fix anything !!!

I would just like to say I love this surgeon. He is very amazing and he always makes us feel comfortable. I am always paranoid but when it comes to Dr. K anytime I've stepped into his office, I've felt at ease. He did both my boobs and nose and I've never been more filled with confidence ever in my life. I used to not even be able to look at myself in the mirror or even my reflection but after both my surgeries I've been very confident with how I look and feel. After my surgery he's constantly called me to check up and make sure everything was okay. Also asking questions and making sure I felt good about the surgery I have done. He is by far one of the best surgeons and when I have babies one day he will for sure be doing my mommy make over. Love you Dr. K you're a true artist.

Dr. Kassabian has changed my face in the most beautiful and tasteful way. I wouldn't let anyone touch my face but him. I love everyone in his team! I would HIGHLY recommend him for any type of cosmetic procedure. He knows what to do and how to make you look natural. Dr. K I love you :)-Shadi
