After rattling many cages I was finally able to connect with the family member of Dr Payley, which did nothing to quail my concerns. In fact after speaking to him it became more apparent that this group is doing nothing more than peddling snake oil. I say this after I was told that they've found that all "too often a diagnosis of dementia can be cleared after a simple ear cleansing."Imagine my dismay at hearing this. So unless you are ok with a retired doctors license being used in order to facilitate such a scam, run and report any similar findings. The only good thing to come out of covid19 and it's effects on nursing homes is that outfits such as this cannot gain access.I guess young Payley will have to come up with another way to use dear old dad. For now it would seem the scam is on hold.

An excellent doctor with incredible knowledge and bedside manner. All of my sinus problems have gone away because of his increidble surgery.

My mother has dementia and is in a nursing home in Fresno. A few months ago I received an explanation of benefits from Medicare claiming they paid for procedures performed by dr payley. Since I am her guardian and she doesn't so much as get a haircut with me being present, I believed this was a simple error. I called his office and was told they had no patient with moms name, or birthdate. I then made several calls to different departments within the facility, no one would answer my questions. I then requested a copy of her medical records and much to my horror there were care notes with diagnosis and procedures performed.I then went to administration and spoke to director who made a call and obtained an explanation confirming the "care." However it was NOT signed by the doctor but a family member of his. My issue is how can a dr touch someone without their guardians consent, and when questioned why didn't they call me directly? But of more interest to me, why would a dr from Beverly Hills come to a state funded nursing home in Fresno ca??????? I smell Medicare fraud here. At minimum his standards are so low that he would touch a clearly frightened 83 year old with dementia. Perform endoscopic procedures where tubes were put down her nose and throat for absolutely no reason!!!! No history of sinus or allergies and he claims numerous diagnosis that there are no history of or anyone present to fill in the blanks.Watch out for this group

My wife had surgery with a doctor by the name harvey paley. She had surgery august 15 bleed out a few days later i took her to Dr. paley after visiting the emergency room for check ups and to fix the part she was bleeding and he said there was nothing to do. This happened in two different visits and she dies august 30 in cedar sanai hospital.

My wife died 15 days later after surgery. I took her twice so that dr. Paley could check her out and fix any issues. He said she was fine and died a few days later from cause of surgery. This doctor harvey paley preformed surgery on my wife and she is dead because of his poor procedure. Dont use this doctor if you want to live.

Dr. Paley is a fantastic doctor. I went to see him for pain in my mouth and throat, followed his directions and quickly felt much better. He and his staff were very friendly and he saw me right on time. Usually I expect at least a half hour wait for a doctors appointment, but he was very timely. I am very grateful to Dr. Paley for taking such good care of me and being so kind and reassuring. I would highly recommend him.

I scheduled an appointment yesterday afternoon for a new patient appointment as I have had throat issues for the last couple weeks. I accidentally overslept through my appointment which was only 40 mins ago and they're trying to charge a $25 no show fee if I want to come back in today. That's Beverly Hills for you!! Wow. Not going to go there. Shame on you guys.
