He has poor manners and does not listen well. He had very little patience to hear about my fears and concerns regarding ED and as a result I failed to get any help and his poor ways just pushed me down to deeper depression. These doctors really have no idea what they are dealing with and have a very limited focus. So he pushed me to use one of his handy tools they like to sell to guys. He had a specialist from his office call me about my ED issues and without announcing who he was this guy goes into talking about my vacuum pump. At the time I was driving with other people in my car. If it wasn't so sad I would be laughing but it really was very poor communication skills by his staff. I hung up and never dealt with his office again and to no surprise, Dr. Kim never reached out or cared at all. I was juts another invisible guy to him.

Dr. Kim may not be warm and fuzzy as some people have written but he was caring and fully present in the moment and helped me through a very difficult time in my life health-wise. For a fact, appointments were never rushed. That's more important in my view than just about anything else. Highly recommend.

Good. I feel Dr. Kim deserves his association with Cedars-Sinai. Very competent with the information he provided me. Just one more great interaction with Cedars.

I got a second opinion. Not a good bedside manner. Doesn't take time to really explain things. Don't feel like I was seen or heard.

This is strictly a review concerning patient relations, not Dr. Kim's competence. My father recently had procedures done by Dr. Kim and he was in a great deal of pain. I became the point of contact for my non-English speaking father for pain issues. Communicating with his staff, especially Karina, had been really aggravating. She is rude, curt and utterly incompetent, and Dr. Kim doesn't have a good bedside manner either, which is surprising considering he is a part of Cedars-Sinai.
