List of Hrc Fertility-Beverly Hills's Reviews
I want to share my experience with HRC Fertility in Beverly Hills, where I encountered repeated delays and miscommunications, which resulted in delays in my egg freezing process. February 18, 2026: I first reached out to schedule a follow-up and expressed that timely communication was very important to me. I received late responses that same afternoon, which already made me concerned about the level of attention. February 24, 2026: After getting my period, I urgently needed to know when to come in. I received conflicting instructions—one staff member said to come on day 2 or 3 of my cycle, while my doctor, Dr. Wertheimer, had told me to come a day before my period began. I requested clarification multiple times, but it took days to get vague or delayed responses. That day, I expressed my frustration and considered switching to another facility due to the lackof clear guidance. No action or clarification provided. February 24–March 18, 2026: No communication from the facility. March 17-18: The pattern continued. I reached out as it is a few days before my period. I received emails that contradicted each other, with staff keep telling me to come 2-3 days after nit before. They did not even have a conversation with the doctor since last month. I missed my opportunity to start the process fir two months in a row because of them. I asked them to check in with the doctor. Doctor was copied in the email but she also did not reach out or provided clarification for a month! I repeatedly had to chase the team to confirm the plan, and even when I raised my concerns directly, I did not receive an apology or acknowledgment. March 18, 2026: With my next cycle starting tomorrow, I still faced the same issues. I needed to come in immediately, but I was again caught between unclear instructions and delays. I felt frustrated and unsupported, especially during a time-sensitive and emotional process like fertility treatment. Overall, the repeated miscommunications, slow responses, and lack of accountability made me lose confidence in the team. For a process that requires precision and empathy, the experience was stressful and disappointing. For the record, trusting this facility delayed my opportunity to start the eg freezing process by 2 month. I am 36 and the doctor told me I need to get this process completed in 6 months per my test results. 2 if 6 is already gone, thanks to HRC.
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Wertheimer, Marianne, and the entire team at HRC Fertility. From our very first consultation through egg retrieval, transfer, they truly held our hands every step of the way. Dr. Wertheimer and Marianne were exceptional with communication always responsive, proactive, and available whenever questions or concerns came up. After consulting with several other doctors, we felt the level of professionalism and care at HRC was unmatched. Dr. Wertheimer is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also warm, personable, and deeply compassionate. The entire office became our biggest cheerleaders. We always felt heard and supported, and Dr. Wertheimer and her team took the time to truly listen to our needs and concerns. Most importantly, they empowered us to make decisions we felt comfortable with, never pressured, always informed. We are beyond grateful for our experience and cannot recommend Dr. Wertheimer enough! When the time comes to grow our family again, we look forward to working with Dr. Wertheimer and the amazing HRC team to transfer our next embryos.
From the very first meeting, my husband and I knew Dr. Ghadir was the best choice for us. His confidence and compassion immediately put us at ease, especially after two failed rounds at another clinic. My egg retrieval experience with Dr. Ghadir was completely different, in the best way possible. The entire team at HRC is warm, attentive, and truly makes you feel seen and cared for. Dr. Ghadir helped identify the root cause of my infertility, and because of him, we had a successful first transfer. We are so grateful for Dr. Ghadir and cannot wait to meet our boys this summer!
Bottom line... two healthy children. Dr. Tourgeman and Mai went all out to make my dreams come true. I had been to a awful clinic before (PFC) so I was pretty down. Mai was amazing. She guided, consoled and counseled me on a long and complicated journey. They delivered two amazing kids to me. One thing I do believe is they have an excellent embryology lab. This is rarely thought about but is critical.
Dr. VanHise and Marianne McLurkin were an incredible team. From start to finish, they made sure I felt prepared, supported, and truly cared for. They checked in regularly, listened closely to any symptoms I had, and were attentive both before and after the procedure. My egg-freezing experience felt well-managed and reassuring, and I would absolutely return when I’m ready to take the next step in my fertility journey. What stood out most was how much I learned about my body and its response to hormones. Dr. VanHise took a very educational approach during ultrasounds and while reviewing medications (explaining not just what we were doing, but why) so I felt informed at every step. When it was time for the procedure, I felt calm, ready, and confident. Marianne was such a supportive presence throughout the process. She was on top of everything, checked in often, and incredibly kind. She also explained the injections extremely well, breaking it down step-by-step until I felt completely comfortable and confident. I’m deeply grateful and would recommend Dr. VanHise and Marianne without hesitation. Thank you so much, team VanHise!!!
Thank you Dr. Hakman!!! My 18- month IVF journey started when I was 43 years old, I'm now about to turn 45. At first, we started with a different doctor, somebody who was "the best" and "who all the celebrities go to". Well-- we didn't get great results there. Also, even though that doctor was nice, I didn't feel that he took the time to think about my particular situation or to help guide or prepare us. Everybody has a unique set of circumstances. I almost felt like I wasn't supposed to take up his time with questions and such. Our first egg retrieval got us 20-22 eggs, but because we didn't get any viable embryos, he immediately suggested we try an egg donor. We tried two more rounds with him, for a total of 3 rounds, and got 1 euploid embryo. At that point we decided to go to HRC Beverly Hills. Dr. Hakman explained that I was "exactly the kind of patient you continue to try with" because I had good egg reserves. This was based on DATA. She showed me a chart that showed age and the number of average eggs needed to be harvested in order to get ONE embryo. Well at my age, 44, it was something like 45 eggs! She emphasized that that was an AVERAGE, could be more, could be less. This was a great example of how she TOOK THE TIME to explain the data to me, to help level set my expectations and help me understand how many rounds I should prepare myself for. I understood then that it was a numbers game. We just had to keep harvesting and eventually we'd get some good embryos. She also suggested that we improve my husbands sperm and go to a urologist. It took an extra 2-3 mos, but it helped! Once he improved his sperm, we did two egg retrieval rounds with Dr. Hakman, and got 2 more euploid embryos! While she used the same medications that other doctor used, she kept the doses more consistent and steady, which was easier on me because I could almost put my injections on "autopilot". I didn't have to stress if I had to increase my dose that night or not. Also, I didn't have to come in for daily monitoring towards the end of the cycle like I did with the other doctor. He had me come in for monitoring every single day during the final week, which was hard because I live out of state, so I had to make arrangements every cycle to stay nearby. I only had to see her once or twice during the end of my cycles. So it was much less stress on me. Through the whole process, Dr. Sasha was incredibly encouraging, I felt like she was my cheerleader! Both she and her coordinator Jennie were always just a phone call or text away. Unless I was extremely concerned about something, I'd send most questions to Jennie. She would respond day or night. 7 days a week. We ended up having an unexpected delay, I tested positive for the endometriosis test, so we had to delay transfer for a few months so that I could treat that. It was a hard to wait so long, and the hormones to treat it really do a number on you, but Dr. Hakman called here and there to check in. Eventually once it was time for transfer, we hit the ground running again! First transfer didn't work, but the second did, and now I'm 3.5 months pregnant! Thank you Dr. Hakman and the HRC team!!!
My experience with Dr. Ghadir and his team, especially Angela and Amber, was incredibly personal from start to finish. They took the time to make sure I felt seen, supported, and cared for every step of the way. I never felt like just another patient -- and that made all the difference. I'm truly grateful for everything they did for me.
I feel very grateful to the amazing team at HRC who made the egg freezing experience so seamless! I had originally had a consultation at Kind Body who took a "fear mongering" and impersonal approach. I waited months before I explored egg freezing again. The HRC Beverly Hills team is an incredibly well oiled machine and all my appointments were prompt and efficient. I worked with Dr. Wertheimer who was absolutely lovely. She was encouraging, intelligent and led with science/facts. She approached my retrieval individually vs. making me feel like I was a cog in a machine. The HRC Coordinators (huge shoutout to Aleesia) were amazing - responsive, kind and positive throughout the entire experience. The process is very intimidating and they never made me feel like my questions were too much. Could not recommend more :)
I had the best experience with Dr. Ghadir and his team. They are so positive and warm and really made the process as comfortable as possible. I've recommended multiple friends to them as I could not have asked for a better experience and doctor :)
Amazing clinic and staff ! Highlight recommended !!!
