Cosmetic consultation are a rip off I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I went in for a cosmetic consultation with the understanding that the consultation fee would be deducted from the cost of the procedure. The procedure was later cancelled--not by me--and yet the office has refused to refund the consultation fee. This is a breach of the agreement.I am deeply disappointed that the office manager never returned my calls or replied to my emails regarding this matter. Throughout this process, I have addressed the staff with respect and kindness, despite not receiving the information or answers I paid for.To make matters worse, the consultation itself lasted no more than five minutes. The doctor was late, appeared rushed, and ultimately suggested I send my questions by email. I never received any responses to those questions, and the consultation provided no value— it felt like a scam to collect a fee without providing any real service.

As a Navy combat veteran fighter pilot, I have been subjected to Agent orange and other potential cancer environments. I have been treated over the years by several good dermatologists. I recently moved to L.A. and needed a dermatologist. Dr Fincher was highly recommended and did I luck out. He has performed 3 successful MOHS surgery and I could tell right away that this is the "go to doctor." He is the best! He is professional, knowledgable, highly skilled, confident and personable. Most strongly recommend him!

Doctor Edgar. He's very thoughtful. He listens the place is wonderful. The staff is kind and very clean ,and all I can say is a great surgeon. Cause he didn't wipe boyfriend, he's a great Doctor that's why I went to him. You must go.

Dr. Fincher performed Mohs surgery on my ear. Clean edges after the first procedure. The entire process plus recovery was very smooth and successful.

Dr Fincher was right on time, which is rare for doctors these days. After seeing what OTC meds I tried, he prescribed a medication for my skin problem
