I just left Dr. Jeffrey Helfenstein at his new office at 99 La Cienega Blvd. 2nd floor. BH. Dr. Helfenstein took so much time with me before sending me down stair stairs to a Imagining Center for a Ultrasound. They were waiting for me. He had the results within minutes after. Where do you find a doctor that can reassure you within minutes after taking a test. Dr. Helfenstein's is most caring and knowledgeable. Did I also mention that he is also an outstanding cardiologist. I would go to Dr. Helfenstein for a consultation on any aliment. I think you can tell that I am a big fan of Dr. Helfenstein.

He did not even do a culture and said I was fine. Turns out I had a serious sinus infection. Wasted the money.

Dr. Jeffrey Helfenstein & all his staff are incredible. It is so unusual as to still have a physician that actually see patients on time. Not withstanding the professionalism and caring offered while in the office. Everything needed for coronary testing is all in the same building, which offers a tremendous amount of convenience. When you are sent for the tests you are in a facility that is familiar with your personal physician, also an added bonus. I might also mention that if not for Dr. Helfenstein, I would most likely not be here to write this review, he and his associate save my life!

Dr. H is a terrific doctor and person. He fits me in for an appointment when I'm sick and is low key and realistic about what needs to be done. He has a great bedside manner and is very caring. Also, I understands he is a great golfer, so I ask him about his game. He is terrific.

Dr. Helfenstein is low key, realistic and caring. He tells it like it is with a good bedside manner. He doesn't order tests that might be unnecessary and does not waste time like some doctors do. For example, he does not make an appt just to talk and then do all the tests for a yearly check up and ask me to come back. Instead he does the check up and then recommends any additional testing. He is efficient and has a heart specialty. I trust him.
