It is going to be almost 1 year that they are not letting me know my test results which I paid for. I went him because I have problem with my kidney rocks, he checked me and wanted some urine tests done. They send my urine to laboratory and wait for 1 week. At that time period I got rid of my kidney rocks and canceled my second appointment with Dr Jashua, and would like to have my test results if there is something important that I need to know beside kidney rocks. They told me that they can only give my test results with a second appointment which I need to pay for. They never return my calls and never let me know about my test results. So if there was an important problem in my test results I will never know... Its not ethic.

This was the first time I had ever seen a urologist so I was a bit nervous and more than a little shy about sharing my issues. It all started with the ease of scheduling an appointment, confirming medical insurance coverage and flexibility with appointment times. As soon as I arrived I saw a beautifully decorated office that was warm, welcoming and felt very safe. All staff was extraordinary and understood my apprehension. Dr Gonzalez came in and made me confident I was in the right place. He made it easy for me to explain why I was there and that he could help. His professionalism and knowledge of his filed is exceptional. His questions and comments made me understand more about my "concerns" and I feel I am now on the right path for improvement. I would recommend Dr Gonzalez to any friend or family member that wants a professional and compassionate physician to help them. I was looking for a physician to assess my functional and sexual health. I happened upon Dr. Gonzalez and called up for an appointment. I can say that from that first call I was pleased by the professionalism and way I was greeted, both by phone, and in person. It can be a little uncomfortable to discuss intimate details or any concerns, but my experience was that Dr. listened, and offered great information regarding the purpose of my visit. In short, he and his team made what could have been an embarrassing experience quite comfortable. If he sees this...thanks again...

Dr. Gonzalas was so incredibly helpful when I was very stressed, worried, and felt like I couldn't get a proper diagnosis. It has been so difficult throughout covid to get safe appointments and proper care. After trying 5 other doctors and getting no answers, Dr. Gonzalez treated me (with kindness and lovely bedside manner). I'm feeling so much better and am so grateful. I feel like he genuinely cares and is also an expert in his field. I highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gonzalez, and I have also continuously referred patients to him for help that no other doctor has been able to help with. When I first met him, it was because I had been through months of seeing various providers (OBGYN, GI, primary care) to help identify various hormonal issues I was having, I was told my IUD was ineffective, placed on oral contraceptives, changed oral contraceptives, took my IUD out... all over the place as guesses. When I found Dr. Gonzalez, he knew exactly what had been going on, ran some labs to confirm, and placed me on a treatment that literally solved everything. It took some time, but I saw immediate changes. I have since referred hundreds of patients who come to me with similar issues after going through years of various doctors without help. I cannot express how many times patients tell me how grateful they were to find some direction to their care in helping them get back to normal after years of no answers. He is always professional, has very friendly office staff, and for a specialist in what he does, almost all of my patients are able to be seen within 2 weeks, which is almost unheard of for a specialist, normally people have to wait months. He is also one of the only providers in his field that accept insurance. Anyone suffering from pelvic pain or hormonal imbalances should consider seeing him if they do not want to go years with untrained professionals who almost always make things worse.

I had been having some major issues with my bladder and couldn't get anyone to listen, nor pay attention to what my symptoms were, until I met Dr Gonzalez. He listened carefully, heard what I had been begging other doctors to pay attention to for years, and diagnosed my issue within a matter of moments. There are a million doctors out there who look at you as just another patient, but Dr Gonzalez looks at you as a person. He truly cares about whats happening and wants to help you live as full a life as you possibly can. He's firm without being mean. He's honest without being rude. Most women prefer female doctors, but all of my female doctors failed me. Dr Gonzalez is truly a gift and helped me get better. Isn't that what every patient hopes for?
