I had a great experience with Julie helping me pick just the right set of UE PRO In-Ear Monitors for my music production needs. Even when the fit wasn't perfect on the first try, she made sure I was 100% satisfied with a re-fitting, which ended up nailing the fit perfectly. Very happy with my pair of IEMs and with Julie's exceptional customer service. Highly recommended.

Written from a perspective of an audiophile:There are very few opportunities to hear top-of-the-line IEMs side-by-side and even fewer opportunities to do the test blindfolded. Even at CanJam it's not really possible.When I heard about this being possible from Steve the Audiophiliac on YouTube via Dr. Julie Glick's - Musicans Hearing Solutions office, I booked an appointment immediately.Drove down from the Bay Area for this opportunity. First she checked my ears to see if they needed to be cleaned but my ears were already clean.Then onto the demo. I got to try many of the IEMs maybe 12 different ones (not sure), when I went.Ultimate Ears, Jerry Harvey Audio, and 64 Audio were available, and we did the blind tests.I did not feel rushed, and spent at least 2 minutes or longer with each IEM which is all I needed.My personal top 5 picks were, in this order:64 A18t64 A18s64 A12tJH JimiJH Layla64 Audio A18t sounded very good, but then we put the m15 apex module in and I was sold.All 5 of them were excellent but I drifted more into 64 Audio's direction. Although JH had stronger bass.I ended up purchasing A18t custom IEMs via Dr, Julie Glick and was able to customize my pair, and even get a discount, and a free hearing test.Was surprised that my hearing came back normal since I've been to over 500 concerts and am constantly wearing headphones, etc. but grateful that I still have my hearing and also that Dr. Julie Glick's shop even exists.Not only am I happy with this opportunity, but it was worth the trip from the Bay Area (6 hour drive).

My son and I visited Musicians Hearing Solutions today to visit Dr. Glick to get my son his ear impressions. My son plays guitar at church and wanted his personal IEM instead of using the ones that church supplies. Dr. Glick was very profesional and knowledgeable on the IEM and the impression process, since I had no clue on how all of this works. She explained to my son about the process and was gentle during the process. Impressions came out good and we purchased IEM from Dr Glick. My son picked out the Jerry Harvey brand of IEM with options and Dr. Glick took care of sending in the impressions to JH and placing the order. Very easy process. We also received the Black Friday discount! Awesome! I would definitely recommend Musicians Hearing Solutions and Dr. Glick to anyone looking into purchasing IEM and or wanting custom ear impressions Update: 1/3/20Today, my son and I met Dr. Julie Glick to pick up his custom IEM's. Dr. Glick and my son went over the IEM's and helped him put them into his ears and went over the basics. Perfect fit! I have to say, for someone (me) who doesn't know anything anything about IEM's,the JH IEM's look great and my son said the audio sound was amazing. Couldn't have been happier with my appointment with Dr. Glick -- she was extraordinarily thorough with explaining the results of my hearing tests, as well as the options for ear plugs.

I've just hit the one year mark since I started working with Julie. My hearing is significantly impaired, to the extent that I completely rely upon hearing aids to be able to converse in person or via phone. My previous provider (also in Beverly Hills) sold me rebranded aids, which can only be adjusted and serviced by their office. The primary purpose for the rebranding is to restrict price shopping and make it hard to move to another audiologist. It's a scummy thing to do. Further, as my hearing deteriorated and conversations became more and more difficult, they told me that there were no options for me. The aids I had were the best in existence and could not be improved upon at any price. This necessarily led me to seek other opinions and options. And thus to Julie. She was initially concerned about whether she could help after we tested my hearing. But we discussed all the options, tested many of them, and she was ultimately able to fit me with SUBSTANTIALLY better aids. And we further explored a half dozen devices that could be used with my aids to further improve my ability to hear and converse in various situations. I bought and use most of them. It's difficult to convey how much of a difference this has made in my life. I can hear my wife and family. I can attend and enjoy concerts. I can function and effectively communicate in my work environment. All of this was in question when I met Julie. I am deeply grateful and wholeheartedly recommend her.

Julie is not just fantastic in knowledge of her field and getting the proper satisfying results, but she is also an amazing human who absolutely cares. As a professional traveling musician, I am the happiest I've ever been when it comes to my ears. With Julie's help and knowledge I feel more comfortable on stage knowing that I'm hearing what I need, and that my hearing is being protected all at the same time. Very easy to get in contact with, and always is consistent. She's the best!
