I had a breast implant removal and a breast lift with Dr Lahar. My breast implants were over 20 years old and they needed to come out and I knew my breast would sag afterward. Therefore, I also asked for a Breast lift. I looked at Dr. Lahar‘s work and talked with him in consultation and he answered all of my questions. I love my results!

When my original surgery plans in Miami fell through because my childcare arrangements were canceled, I had to quickly find someone local. Thankfully, a coworker referred me to Dr. Lahar in Beverly Hills, and I’m so glad they did. From my very first consultation, Dr. Lahar was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Since this was my first major surgery, I was especially worried about scarring and choosing the right implant size. He listened to my concerns, explained everything thoroughly, and reassured me that he would choose proportions that complemented my body rather than overwhelm it. He absolutely delivered on that promise. I had my breast augmentation on April 10, 2026. The procedure took about an hour and a half, and I received 520cc implants placed under the muscle. For reference, I’m 5’5” and weighed 157 pounds at the time of surgery. My recovery was much easier than I expected. I experienced very little pain and was mostly just groggy on surgery day. In fact, the very next day I was able to take my two boys to Monster Jam without needing any pain medication. Of course, everyone’s recovery is different, but mine was incredibly smooth. I was also very concerned about visible scars, but Dr. Lahar did an amazing job with the incision placement and closure. At just 9 weeks postop, my scars are already very minimal and continue to fade. They are far less noticeable than I ever imagined. The results have exceeded my expectations. My new shape looks balanced, natural for my frame, and has given me a huge boost in confidence. Throughout the entire process, I felt well cared for and never rushed, and the office staff was professional and supportive as well. If you’re considering breast augmentation and want a surgeon who listens to your goals, pays attention to detail, and prioritizes beautiful results with a smooth recovery experience, I highly recommend Dr. Lahar. I’m now 9 weeks postop and absolutely loving my new girls!

I am beyond blessed to have found Dr. Lahar omg I would love to show the video on what I was living with for 3 decades on what my implants & encapsulation led me to Dr Lahar Plastic Surgery.
