List of Leonid Kleynbergmd's Reviews
Dr. Kleynberg and his fantastic staff of health professionals are AMAZING! I've been coming to Dr. Kleynberg for a few months now for IV iron infusions to treat Iron Deficient Anemia. He is so thorough, and he cares about his patients. He took his time and explained all of my lab results to my husband and me, and suggested a treatment plan. Dr. Kleynberg shared his recommendations but also gave me options to treat my condition. I can't say enough good things about this place. He and his staff have something you rarely see anymore in healthcare; they care. They are so welcoming, and they make my drive from Riverside to LA worth it. I have to give Nurse Josh the biggest shout-out! He is compassionate and a proficient sharpshooter, lol. Josh is gentle and a very skilled practitioner. I wouldn't trust my veins to anyone else!
Great Doctor! I've witnessed first hand how very detailed Dr. Kleynberg is. He isn't quick to diagnose and prescribe until he has enough evidence (scans, tests, etc) to support his preliminary diagnosis. He is very knowledgable and very holistic!!
It's a busy clinic, but Dr. Kleynberg attends to each and every one of his patients with the highest level of care. He listens and does everything he can to help. He's extremely knowledgeable in his field and I wouldn't recommend anyone else for hematology/oncology. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Kleynberg and he is not just a fantastic doctor, but an incredible teacher as well. Staff is also very helpful and great at what they do!
I was referred to Dr. Kleynberg by my primary doctor because I had a persistent cough. He ordered lots of tests, but did nothing for my cough. But he found all kinds of things wrong with me based on these tests. He then concluded that I need a drug (infusion) for osteoporosis based on a bone scan he had ordered. I asked him about side effects for the drug and he told me he had not seen any and I believed him. I should have done my own research before agreeing to take this drug on the spot. This drug has ruined my life. My ears started ringing the next day and have not stopped since, nearly a month ago. I cannot sleep and have headaches. I have joint aches as well. I was 100% healthy when I walked into this doctors office except for a cough that he never addressed. My life has been turned upside down. I cannot concentrate and my work is suffering. I am tired all the time and wake up often in the middle of the night. And my hair is all falling out. It turns out that losing hair is listed as a common side effect. This doctor lied to me. I pray that someday my life returns back to normal. As this was an infusion, you cannot just stop taking the drug, it is supposed to last for a year! Do not go to this doctor!
Very dirty for a clinic. not hygienic, especially during an epidemic! one gets the impression that they don't clean up there and wash them very rarely. The photo shows one of the rooms in which I was and I able to take pictures. In the room where the droppers are made, many people sit as close as in the cinema, and even when I was asked to sit in a chair where a man was sitting before me for a very long time, they did not wipe/clean this place at all and even wanted me to put my hand on the same dirty disposable napkin (that the patient using before) until I asked to change it.A week later, I called them at the office to take the results of my blood tests, the phone is answered by some kind of intermediary who calls them while you are on the line and then says that he will leave them a message and they will call you back, Two days after that, having received no answer from them I call them again and the same story! they take the Last name and my phone number and left them a message (I already asked them to leave 100 messages).... in three days later I call again and they again leave a message to them ..... In general, I don't know, I'll wait for any answer from them BUT I don't want to come to them anymore.I can't say anything about the doctor's knowledge as a specialist 100%, since I visited them only once and apart from collecting blood, we did not advance further, so it's too early to give an assessment. But for the first time the impression against the background of everything that is happening in this office, then I think it is not worth coming here
My mother has visited this doctor’s office three times since her insurance changed the beginning of the year Jan. 2020. So far she has had bad experiences with this office. The first time she went they didn’t have a blood laboratory, so she was referred to a facility that was no where near their office or her near her. The second time she was called for an appointment to receive urgent Test results, ...
Very happy with the care I've received from Dr. Kleynberg. He is extremely thorough and careful. I appreciate how he took so much time to look over my medical records I brought to my first appointment. He wasn't happy with the results and ordered more tests. I'm very comfortable with him and would highly recommend him.
Dr. Kleynberg is a very thorough caring doctor who is not dismissive and will listen to your concerns and answer your questions. He gives personalized care, and will admit when he does not know, but will make suggestions to those that do know. I feel confident about the care and recommendations I receive from him. I will continue seeing him for my minor blood issues. In regard to another reviewer about the staff being unprofessional- they are not unprofessional, in fact they are ALWAYS very nice and very professional!! They also don't make you wait to see the doctor.
During this difficult time, Dr Kleynberg is very comforting and supportive. Chemo is actually working and although not easy, making a huge difference.
This staff is just COLD, CRUEL and MEAN!!! I specifically joined Yelp to write this review after joining my stepmom's aunt earlier this week for her treatment. I want to WARN others from EVER heading to this clinic in room #504 in this building. The worst person I dealt with there was some woman named Karina who is a horrible human being without compassion, empathy or a modicum of humanity to say the least and just THE prime example of what is wrong with that place. To say that the staff was unattentive, cruel and ignorant would be a compliment. The doctor didn't even make eye contact and just kept looking down and away and at his papers. But that Karina woman was so dismissive, demeaning, angry and cruel ... how she has a job is baffling with her inhumanity. Seriously, what is wrong with this office? These people seem only interested in money, the insurance and what's in it for them and seem to have ZERO compassion or respect for their patients. This is a business that should not exist because this was the personification of some of the worst behavior you hear in the news and only imagine when you think of insurance profiteers. These just seem like terrible people who only look to cash off of people to benefit them. I'm talking to my family to move treatment elsewhere. These are just mean people and DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The doctor himself seems nice but ... this staff is just horrendous ... ESPECIALLY this KARINA person. She was an absolutely atrocious disgrace of a human being and my family deserves better than to be treated like yesterday's filthy rag. I strongly recommend to go elsewhere from this place.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
