This office used to be good but all the quality PAs have left over the years. Their quality of care has significantly declined.

Great doctors and staff. However, they do not disclose the costs of treatments (lab costs) when you ask.

I've been coming for years and experiencing increasingly worse treatment. After asking for my prescriptions to be called in because their electronic system was not working, I was told my case was too complex and to go to a dermatology clinic. I have a mild case of acne. Instead of providing adequate medical treatment, I'm routinely told to buy more of Dr. Bussell's products. In my experience, the medical and administrative staff have failed me time and time again, most recently by charging me to see the doctor, prescribing me a medication I'm deathly allergic to, and refusing to call in the rest of the prescriptions because it's "against office policy." The long story:-After I pointed out that Dr. Bussell herself prescribed me a medication I'm deathly allergic to, they prescribed me the same antibiotic she was trying to replace, which had stopped working because she had been prescribing it to me for so long instead of treating the root cause of the issue. I told them that was the same antibiotic as before, so they prescribed me the one I told them hurt my stomach. I asked to speak with the doctor several times. She never called back. I was told that my case became too complex for her and I was referred to a dermatology clinic. I have a very normal case of acne.-Dr. Bussell prescribed several other medications during my visit, but only sent one to the pharmacy. I called daily to remind them to call the rest in because I was leaving for a trip overseas. They never knew which prescriptions to call in. I reminded them every time. They said they would only send them electronically and if the pharmacy hadn't received them (which they hadn't), there was nothing else they could do because they don't CALL pharmacies. They also said they wouldn't send a vacation supply, even though Dr. Bussell assured me they would, because they can't do that through their electronic system. When I got the pharmacy manage to call them, Dr. Bussell herself told them she had referred me to an outside clinic because my case was too complex for her. I have a very standard case of acne. What was too complex was having to call in prescriptions.-They routinely use the wrong codes to bill insurance so I would spend hours on the phone with their billing department every several months over the past few years re-explaining how insurance billing works to each new person they churn through.Don't waste your time, money, or health coming here.

Beverly Hills Dermatology Consultants is one of so many places I have been to since I started with injections many many years ago. Dr. Bussell is one of a kind human being who is rare to find nowadays. I was so lucky to meet such a sweet, caring, and professional doctor. She would make sure that her clients are happy with the results and she would do what it takes to satisfy all their needs. Beautiful and natural face is the ending result. As for her staff, everyone is so friendly and professional. Excellent customer service. I can write and write about Dr. Bussell and it won't be enough. I highly recommend Dr. Bussell if you need to have any type of injection for your face. I have tried Botox, Juvederm, Kybella, and many more etc.... She did a great job. You will fall in love with this doctor when you meet her. Schedule your appointment now.

Run, don’t walk! Dr.Bussell is a hidden gem when it comes to skin care knowledge and care. My skin has never looked better after YEARS of having melasma and not getting any results elsewhere. I finally see an improvement in my skin tone and couldn’t be happier. Dr.Bussell’s staff is friendly, professional and makes every effort to make each visit a pleasant experience.

I struggle with adult acne. I’ve tried all sorts of Medi-spa treatments and over the counter treatments and I would still get new spots each month. Dr. Bussell’s office gave me some new products combined with bimonthly treatments at her office and I am seeing a decrease in my scars and almost no new breakouts. I like that they really customized the treatment based on my needs.

An incredible experience every time I’m there. Dr. Bussell is compassionate, caring, and a wizard. There’s no doctor out there like her. She treats you like family. She knows everything. Visiting her office is always fun in all ways.

Dr. Bussell and her expert team are outstanding practitioners. It's just that simple..... I have been a patient of Dr. Bussell for over 30 years!! She has taken thoughtful care of my skin from when I was a teenager, and now she also takes care of my teenagers. They are often asked by their friends as to why they don't have issues with acne and combination skin. Their answer is always the same, "I go to Dr. Bussell!" Always an exceptional experience for our entire family!!!
