His staff and including Dr. Honzel are always kind and pleasant. He listens to you and try’s to find the best remedy, it may take a while to get it right but at the end it always works out. Feeling excessively disillusioned with the care I had been receiving and the medical establishment overall, I had the very good fortune of finding Dr. Honzel early in 2021. He recognized right away that I had been through a rather traumatic ordeal and took immediate steps to provide the appropriate care I needed. I will always be very grateful to him for that. Evidently, my care was too overwhelming for my trusted physician of 3 years and certainly too complex for the other doctors I went to consult with. It's a mistake to assume that a licensed medical doctor equals a selfless, caring person of integrity. That was a hard pill for me to swallow. Receiving the appropriate treatment plan based on a thorough assessment of my individual circumstances began to seem like an impossibility when it was just easier for physicians to cite the generalized, mostly outdated guidelines set forth by others and (unapologetically) refuse to accept any responsibility at all. Dr. Honzel wasn't deterred. He recognized that I didn't deserve to fall through the cracks. I view him as courageous. He took care of me just as he promised he would. That's a great doctor in my book. Secure in the knowledge he had acquired through decades of working in his specialized area of medicine, Dr. Honzel is the rare physician who will pursue the treatment option he knows is best suited for his individual patient despite how doing so may require more effort on his part. He actually cares that a human being is trusting him to use his expertise and help me in the most appropriate manner for my specific circumstances. An outstanding support staff matters too! From the first phone call I made to the office at 4:58pm in early March 2021, to each encounter ever since, I have experienced a sincere desire by the office personnel to provide the most efficient, thoughtful assistance possible. I would be remiss if I did not share a specific characteristic I noticed about Dr. Honzel very early on... believe me when I say... timeliness is highly regarded in his office. It is considered respectful for both doctor and patient to be on time for your scheduled appointment. Keep this tip in your back pocket and you'll thank me later. At a time when I was feeling excessively disillusioned with the care I had been receiving and the medical establishment overall, I had the good fortune of finding Dr. Honzel. He recognized right away that I had been through a rather traumatic ordeal and took immediate steps to provide the appropriate care I needed. I will always be very grateful to him for that. At 59 years old, having an excellent team of physicians in place to monitor my chronic health conditions is a priority for me. I value having dedicated medical specialists in my corner to work with me on addressing all of my healthcare needs. I seek out excellent communicators who aren't intimidated or annoyed by my challenging inquiries.The weeks leading up to meeting Dr. Honzel, I learned firsthand that there are, in fact, limitations to how far some physicians are willing to extend themselves for their patient. When it comes right down to it, most doctors will first consider how it might affect them before offering their patient a better suited but less traditional treatment approach. If it might require more of their time or energy, they unapologetically would just as soon bail out of the situation altogether. Dr honzel and his staff are professional and caring. Dr Honzel is our primary care doctor and we are bringing treated for depression with the ketamine infusion treatments. They have been life changing for my search for help with depression. Ernesto administers the infusions and checks in to make sure all is well. My ketamine treatments have helped my depression tremendously and I highly recommend it. I do mine with my partner and we have found it to be very helpful in terms of feeling closer to each other. Cynthia is Dr Honzel's primary office contact snd I have never seen her have a bad day.

Dr. Honzel is the best. He takes time to explain things. He is extremely knowledgeable. I can't imagine having a better doctor. Also, his staff is first rate -- beyond nice. I actually enjoy going to the doctor.

Dr. Honzel is the brightest most informed doctor I have ever had. He is focused asking questions that help with his diagnosis. In my experience, he has never been wrong. He is warm and compassionate yet firm about treating my health issues. His treatments have always cured the illnesses I have suffered. I always leave feeling great as if I had had a session with a therapist. the staff is top notch. they are helpful, with much knowledge about each patient and remember everything about you. They are warm and make you laugh. You can't go wrong with this practice. 5 stars!

Horrible experience. The staff was nice but this Dr was creepy. I did not feel comfortable with him at all.

Worst experience ever He’s been accused of abusing multiple patients and he has continued relapse on oxy. He treated my daughter and gave her way too many oxy and she relapsed causing family devastation. Worse he is a frequent relapser on oxy himself and he settled for a large cash payment with a patient that accused him of impropriety.
