Do not recommend. There all over the place and only care about money .Dont text the number they say to cancel appointments because they will still charge you and say you never did it
I'm not a fan of writing negative reviews, however, I have to this time. It was my 3rd visit with Dr. Lisa Chipps and I feel the same way I did in my first 2 visits. At each of these visits, I've had to wait an average of 45 minutes for my scheduled appointment. Today I waited one hour! Insane! I arrived at 1:24 PM for a 1:30 PM appointment, and I was the one concerned about being late having driven from a meeting. Another patient arrived shortly after me who was checking in for a 1:45 PM with Dr. Chipps, so that automatically told me I only have 15 minutes for my visit. Humm. I was admitted to one of the rooms at 1:45 PM and didn't see Dr. Chipps until 2:30 PM. No apology or acknowledgement for my waiting one full hour this visit. No apology or acknowledgment for waiting during my past visits. A pattern. That is a true lack of respect for me as a patient. My time is valuable. It's the one thing we can't get back. At that point, I had already mentally checked out. I knew I would have to find a new Dermatologist. We proceeded with the 7 minute visit and allegedly, I have no alarming issues on my skin. That said, I feel I cannot fully trust this assessment. She asked me no questions about anything and just ran through the process with minimum dialogue. This medical practice focuses on cosmetic procedures which seems to be their cash cow, I mean, it is Beverly Hills. There are monitors and literature everywhere hocking procedures and products that probably don't work. The before-after photos are so drastically different in lighting they give the infomercial vibe big time! You're never going to look 24 when 72. Save your money! I could have gotten angry, reverted to my karmic tendencies and made a scene, however, thanks to my Buddhist practice, I've learned to simply walk away and seek a more suitable solution for myself. I'm sure there are chicks out there that will wait hours for their fillers, etc. I'm not one of them. I'm just someone who wants an annual skin check for preventive purposes. I guess there's just not enough money in that for her or their business :(
While I don't like to leave reviews for medical either way, enough time has passed I have to share to give a clear reason as why to NOT use this practice. Long ago, I wanted to remove a mole on my face that I'd always run into while shaving. I found Dr. Fincher and, in my appointment, he said the mole did not need to be removed. I had to convince him I wanted it done (and how it would help), and in the subsequent visit, he removed it. It being where one shaves, it didn't hurt but, typically, bled like crazy. Instead of a stitch or a tight adhesive, I got a band-aid, which only became a problem on the way home when I had a mustache of blood on my face. In time all healed and looked great; I thought I was done with it until a week later when I received a call from their office with a quote that is burned into my brain. "Hi Brian. This is Dr. Fincher's office. You have cancer. It's ok." After nearly collapsing, I finally got a hold of Dr. Fincher who explained the mole I wanted removed and he said was "fine" was a basil cell carcinoma, and he needed to operate again. Different experience for the 2nd operation: he used twice as much anesthesia in the area, which swelled up half my face and took nearly a week to return to normal. Thankfully no cancer on the 2nd scan, but what happened cosmetically? A scar 3x the size of the original mole I wanted to remove! His solution? "Just put some lotion on it." This scar has never gone away. Like the mole I wanted removed, I run into that while shaving. Other dermatologists I've used since then over the years act surprised that I received such poor treatment from his office. Maybe you could say "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" but is that the thinking you should use after visiting a doctor?!
Appointment was at 12:00pm to look at a lesion on my cheek, was escorted into a room at 12:32. At 12:47, I left the room to see if I could just get a refund on my co-pay and leave; however an assistant was able to grabbed the person. Whom I didn’t realize when booking, was not a dermatologist, but a certified physician assistant (so please double check when booking). They were a dismissive and didn’t really answer much. They just told me what they believed the issue to be (“maturity spots”), and I had to ask for my treatment options as I am unfamiliar with them. At this point, I was frustrated and in a rush to get out as well (had to get back to work). Note: Admittedly I arrived at 12 and signed in on the clipboard. One other woman in waiting room, another woman came out to check out - then I was asked to pay my $50 co-pay first and given paperwork to fill out, so that didn’t get done until around 12:15, as I wasn’t given it until 12:10. In summary, not the most efficient, chair-side manner a little lackluster, and didn’t leave with the most confidence in the diagnosis.

Great & fast service from Shelby
Dr. Lauren Moy was incredible! She is very knowledgeable and incredibly good at her job. I can't recommend her enough as a plastic surgeon, she did a fantastic job and has an incredible eye for detail. I had the BEST experience going to her and her after-care was comforting, she is a great doctor. 10/10!!

Everything. They were great - caring and kind. The results were as expected and not unrealistic.
Dr. Lauren Moy is truly the BEST plastic surgeon and cosmetic dermatologist — I trust her more than words can express! About eight months ago, I decided to get a neck lift, and although I was nervous, I knew I was in the absolute best hands with Dr. Lauren and her amazing team — Katie, Madi, and Jeff, the fabulous P.A. My neck lift results are beyond anything I hoped for, and I love the way I look! One thing I appreciate most about Dr. Lauren (and her team) is a natural-results philosophy. She always emphasizes looking refreshed, lifted, and glowing — never overdone. Between my neck lift, erbium laser resurfacing, and Botox, she and her team have completely nailed that natural, rejuvenated vibe. The best part? Not a single person has asked if I had plastic surgery. Instead, I’m constantly getting compliments on how fresh, youthful, and radiant I look. Exactly what I wanted from a top Orange County plastic surgeon. This was the best birthday gift I could have given myself, and Dr. Lauren Moy is the ONLY cosmetic surgeon I will ever trust. Thank you, Dr. Moy — and thank you Katie, Madi, and Jeff, P.A.! You’re all incredible! From the bottom of my heart, Jenn

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
