The whole office is super-competent, friendly, efficient, and provides the best care for a child and parent that you can possibly get.Our primary pediatrician at Premier Pediatrics is Dr. Michael Sachs whom I believe is the very best in Los Angelefor his knowledge, observational skills, and personal manner (see my Yelp Review for more info about him) . However, every doctor that we've seen at Premier Pediatrics is just as hyper-competent and friendly as Dr. Sachs.The office, nurses, and administrative staff are all friendly, efficient, and responsive. They keep slots open for same-day appointments which is a godsend when your kid inevitably gets sick overnight. They also have Saturday hours, and a doctor is always available on-call during off-hours.Have you ever walked into a Trader Joe's and thought, "How did they hire only friendly, helpful people?" That's how I feel about Premier Pediatrics--somehow, everybody at all positions is a pleasure to deal with.

As a graduate in early childhood education from UCLA, mandated reporter for LA County and a 25 yr veteran in the teaching field, I am absolutely disappointed and disheartened by the extremely poor care rendered by Dr Schreiber at premier pediatrics. Having a PPO platinum policy, we could go to any doctor of choice but chose this clinic BEFORE our son was born after consulting with the doctor on our expectations. After the first 2 months, the doctor disappeared without any notice for 4 months due to "personal reasons." Without any notification or common courtesy to communicate with us in any capacity. We were shuffled from one doctor to another, creating a great strain in my son's wellness visits. We were given incorrect diagnosis on several occasions (SCARY!) coupled with the office being highly disorganized and careless with communication reeking havoc with our work schedules. They scoff at any idea of natural remedies and shove medications down your throat for every concern you may have (i.e.: temp, tooth aches etc) because they can't bill you for natural protocol- sickening! This has single handedly been the worst medical practice experience in my life and I strongly urge parents to reconsider their decision to take their children here. I rarely, if ever take the time to write a negative review, but this clinic has enraged me with lack of empathy, care, and any interest of the well being of newborns and young children. Run...don't walk!!! Awful!!! If I could give it a zero star I would. Look elsewhere for your child's own wellness and personal health. This place is a disaster and they could not manage basic procedures during covid. Terrible! Shame on your premier pediatrics for proving to be this way to new families and their young children!!

Front office receptionist is not very friendly or polite and made my wife feel bad in front of the entire waiting room when we were a few minutes late.

To say that this is a public love letter is not an understatement. Even though I send love notes to Dr Susie often and randomly...this woman exemplifies fastidious and thorough care. From the moment we met her she went above and beyond to answer my questions and allay my concerns. I have three daughters 18, 15, and 11 that know that Dr Susie will listen, care and keep them safe. She has seen us through traumatic events and I mean real traumas and we have always felt like we were her priority. She has even diagnosed the most random rashes, and weird lumps...all! She calls to check up on us and lets me know...we are not alone. She is never allowed to retire!!! She will always be my Dr Susie, our doctor and our trusted friend. The office is full of my most favorite ladies... Pam, Shaun, Margy, and the other doctors are all the top of the top, the best of the best. However... Dr Susie is a doctor of heart... a doctor that I love with my whole heart.

Dr. Nikki Nourmand is one of the kindest humans on this planet.  She genuinely cares about my child as she would her own child. She returns calls promptly and always with patience and compassion.  I love her easy demeanor, I feel like I can ask her anything and she will never judge me.  When my child got sick and had to be hospitalized, she called several times to check up on ME to see how I was doing, even though it was her day off.  The office is professional and organized and clean. We also like Dr Lisa Hauselman and Dr Michael Sachs in the practice.  Bonus that they are open on Saturdays!  I highly recommend these pediatricians.

Dr. Sachs is my favorite doctor I've ever worked with (even though technically he's not my doctor but my kids!). I really appreciate his approach and his supportive nature. His opinion is the one I truly value the most as I navigate my young children's development. The front office staff is also great - they can get you in quickly if there is an emergency and are prompt with phone calls. I wish my doctor's office were as well run as this one!

We've been taking my 12 year old daughter to Dr. Hauselman since we moved to LA when she was 2. Frankly we were lucky to get accepted as a new patient. It's a very busy practice with an excellent reputation. I am a registered nurse and I can tell you that the Doctors and Nurses there go above and beyond. When my daughter was almost 10, Dr. Hauselman noticed that her growth wasn't progressing quite as it should and had us see a specialist. We found out that she has a chromosome problem.  We were able to get her on growth hormones and she is thriving. If the Dr. had just brushed it off and rushed us out, we never would have known. Thanks to Dr. Hauselman, we are able to giive our daughter the extra support that she needs to live a healthy and happy life

I have been taking my three children to this practice since birth and they are always helpful and caring and get us in. Nurse Pam is a gem and Dr. Schrieber and Dr. Nourmand always give my kids thorough check-ups. They are extremely attentive and dedicated doctors and the staff makes it a much more welcoming experience. I highly recommend this practice!

Wonderful practice - very responsive, and excellent overall care from infant through teenage years!
