I fully recommend this center and Dr. Daniel Yamini. I had no bruises or scars whatsoever even for a day and the results were better than expected.

Pacific Liposculpture, Dr. C, and his entire team have been wonderful from beginning to end -- and I'm not even at the final stage of my healing journey yet. I already feel confident that as I continue healing, Dr. Compoginis, Brittany, Addison, Erin, Virginia, Neesa, and everyone else on the team -- my apologies if I missed anyone -- will continue to be just as supportive, attentive, and caring as they have been throughout this entire process. Dr. C is extremely professional and soft-spoken, but you can genuinely tell that he sincerely cares about his patients and their well-being. That level of compassion really stands out. One thing I especially appreciate is how accessible and responsive the office has been. I've been able to call the office whenever I've had questions, and the staff has always been friendly, patient, and helpful in relaying messages to Dr. C. Even after business hours, they've made it possible for me to get in touch with the doctors directly for concerns about stitches, itching, or anything else during recovery, which has brought me a lot of peace of mind. I've already referred all of my friends, and I have no doubt that they will receive the same high level of customer service, professionalism, and genuine care that I have experienced myself. Recovering from surgery can feel overwhelming at times, but having a team that is this attentive, kind, and supportive truly makes all the difference.

I'm absolutely terrified of anesthesia, and after a disappointing experience with a very Instagram-famous surgeon for my mommy makeover, I needed a revision. I had already consulted with two other doctors and was actually scheduled for surgery elsewhere when I somehow stumbled across this office just a week before. From my very first phone call with Addy, who was incredibly kind and reassuring, to my virtual consult with Dr. Yamini, and then my in-office consultation with him and Brittany -- every single person was amazing. I have severe anxiety and called multiple times needing reassurance about different things. Not once did anyone sound irritated or frustrated with me. They were patient, compassionate, and understanding every single time. One thing I noticed right away was that they don't run patients through like a conveyor belt. They only have a very small number of surgeries each day, so you truly get individualized attention. At first, I was nervous seeing less staff around, but I quickly realized you simply don't need a huge pre-op and post-op team when you're one of only a few patients being cared for that day. The anesthesiologist spent an extended amount of time talking with me until I felt completely comfortable. My nurse was incredible -- constantly checking on me and reassuring me that everything was okay. Brittany also checked on me multiple times, even when my anxiety was through the roof and I probably wasn't the easiest patient to deal with. Dr. Yamini may be a man of few words, but he is genuinely kind and attentive. He kept asking about my concerns and truly listened. Before I knew it, I was in surgery, asleep, and then waking up healthy and cared for by the sweetest nurse. I've only seen my results a couple of times since surgery, but already he has fixed everything that bothered me from my previous procedure -- and more. I only wish I had found Dr. Yamini and his staff sooner so I could have avoided needing a second surgery altogether. If you want to feel genuinely cared for, put at ease, and receive beautiful results without feeling like just another number, I wholeheartedly recommend Pacific Lipo, Dr. Yamini, and his entire staff. You'll be thankful you did.

The surgery went well with Dr. Yamini .. BBL .. amazing result... my tummy is flat .. my buttocks are perfect .. exactly what I want. I'm happy with everything.

After multiple consultations in Southern California and Mexico Dr. Guttikonda truly listened to my goals and aligned perfectly with my vision for surgery. I felt safe, cared for, and confident every step of the way. The front staff, nursing team and everyone on surgery day made the experience easy! Dr G even answered text messages and phone calls when I had questions post op. I have returned to the office multiple times for my lymphatic massages with Tanya and she's been a very knowledgeable resource as wellI and I absolutely love my results so far. Highly recommend!y
