Don't bother calling this excellent Dr. Patrice Healey as NO ONE EVER ANSWERS the phone, NOT EVEN the service. Understandably, COVID has caused many offices -- doctors included -- to limit their office hours and the amount of patients they can accept, but to NEVER return a call or to have a service which doesn't even pick-up, makes me wonder if Dr. Healey is still even in business. Too bad a good doctor is unavailable to patients, because of front office staff -- or in this case, lack thereof.

Dr. Healey is the best! I love love love her. She is kind, thoughtful, fast, thorough and her bedside manner is incredible. She has helped me with a few moles after baby and a mysterious rash, that she identified immediately. Dr. Healey really knows her stuff, but that doesn't stop her from doing her due diligence and always sending things out for a second opinion to be certain. If you are looking for your dermatologist, she is the one. I am so grateful I found her!

I had to get a mole cut out on the back of my leg by the ankle (a very tricky spot since the skin there has to stretch when you walk) and Dr. Healey was AMAZING. Very cool and calm during the surgery, great bedside manner. But the most amazing was the scar - you can barely see it, and when I went to get my stitches out, the tech who was in no way connected to Dr. Healey commented that they were the prettiest stitches she had ever seen. I never had any pain, all in all as great of an experience as you can expect when getting your leg cut into. I will be going to her for any future work I need.

There well may be dermatologists as good as Dr.Healy. However, I do not believe there are nay better. Between the quality of her medical ability, and the quality of her caring, this doctor is "as good as it gets"

Dr. Healey very friendly and warm and gives you her undivided attention during your appointment. I have never felt rushed and I have all my questions answered. She is very bright and is definitely not one of those Dermatologists who tries to over sell cosmetic procedures. She will give you a realistic assessment of the value of procedures and always has a few names of consultants she would recommend. Her appointments are limited as she works part time but if you book in advance, she is a wonderful Dermatologist.

Have been seeing her twice a year for many years -- drive in from the Valley, but would never go to any other dermatologist. A great listener and very caring -- spends a lot of time with her patients.
