I don’t write reviews often but I want other women, like myself, who are looking for a surgeon, to see this. I found Dr Sahar while doing a search, not knowing any doctors in So Ca and scheduled an appointment. I liked him and his credentials are excellent. He performed an extremely complex 4-1/2 hour surgery on me. That was 4 days ago. I have not experienced any post op pain at all. I took 3 1/2 tablets of an opioid for 1 day because I kept thinking that pain was going to start. I stopped taking anything the 2nd day. Today, Dr Sahar removed my dressings and there is no bruising, no evidence of an incision and my breasts look beautiful. I am humbled and grateful to have found a surgeon with Dr Sahars level of experience and expertise. No regrets or disappointment here! This was truly a good decision!

Why did I choose and trust Dr. Sahar? I have gone to the same esthetician for over 30 years. During one appointment, I shared with her that I needed to address a potentially dangerous issue with very old silicone implants as soon as possible. She explained that she had seen a lot of plastic surgery over her career and had a client that had recently had work done to her breasts and that she had never seen work like this before and that I had to go to the doctor who had done the surgery. She said the work was hands down the most beautiful work she had seen over her career. I ended up with amazing, beautiful results. Dr. Sahar, from the first appointment, was extremely caring, while at the same time treating me as someone who he knew wanted to feel beautiful but without the pretentious bedside manner of many doctors in this field. He was down to earth and brought ease immediately. He analyzed my issue while describing what he thought would best work to remedy it. During the actual surgery, the issue that led me to Dr. Sahar was much worse than anticipated resulting in a longer surgery. The extra time equated in dollars to $7K more than I was quoted. Dr. Sahar absorbed the extra cost honoring the original quote. Additionally, his staff was both professional and kind and easy to contact at all stages of the process, especially Steny, his contact person. I would refer anyone, especially those I care for, to consider Dr. Sahar for any cosmetic needs. By the way, my results are amazing, and I am confident in my appearance and so happy to have my health again.
