From the moment I walked into Profiles Beverly Hills, I knew I had chosen the right place. Every member of the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable throughout my entire journey. I had an ethnic rhinoplasty, upper blepharoplasty, and fat transfer to my cheeks and under-eye area, and I truly couldn't be happier with my experience. I had the pleasure of working with both Dr. Peyman Solieman and Dr. Jason Litner, and I absolutely loved them both. They listened carefully to my goals, respected my desire to maintain my ethnic features, and took the time to answer every question I had with patience and honesty. My goal wasn't to look like someone else--it was to enhance my natural beauty while preserving my identity. The results are exactly what I hoped for: a softer, youythful more balanced appearance that still feels like me. My breathing has already improved significantly, and even though I'm still healing, I can already see the beautiful changes taking shape. The fat transfer has restored a youthful look to my cheeks and under-eye area, and my upper blepharoplasty has given my eyes a brighter, more refreshed appearance. The attention to detail and artistry from both surgeons is truly remarkable. The entire Profiles Beverly Hills team made me feel like family from my consultation through every post-operative visit. Went in for the consult in February, booked the surgery for May. I just felt like it was so easy and the doctors were very calm and reassuring so I booked the surgery right after the consultation. They were patient and listened and assured me everything was gonna be okay. Surgery day comes and the nurse is talking to me and asking me questions, she was sweet. Again they brought me into the surgery room and the anesthesiologist did the best job I was out without even realizing and woke up feeling like nothing happened. Post op care was great and thorough, felt a little too easy. Love my results, i look like myself just better. I have no trouble breathing which was a non negotiable for me. I'll recommend Profiles each time. Thank you to an amazing team.

These guys cannot be trusted! They misrepresent led expected results, & claimed they would fix any problems or bad results, but none of it is true. Avoid them at all costs.

I spent a long time trying to find the perfect surgeon to perform rhinoplasty on me and I thought I had found not 1 but 2 perfect surgeons. Their worked seemed amazing but unfortunately i was a failed patient. The staff was amazing and kind and dr.litner and dr.soliemen were also very kind which is why i hesitated to leave a review but i feel that it is necessary to show the bad work too. The picture on the left was the nose they were supposedly going to leave me with , the picture at the right is my end result of 3 years. In the beginning of my healing journey i gave them the benefit of doubt because i heard it takes up to a year for a nose to fully recover and gain its final form , I thought the nose tip was going to lower in time but 3 years and it’s still high, I feel like I have a pigs nose . Unfortunately I am not satisfied with their work and I know they aren’t either because they never called me back to take before and after pics. But who would want to show this. I am Posting this bc I paid a huge amount of money and i feel like it was all for nothing. I still hate myself. Please if you’re interested in them take my story and my nose pic into consideration, remember they only show the good work not the bad .

I came in for consultation and was greeted with the best energy from the front desk to Nadine my patient care consultan. Once I went in to meet both doctors I immediately knew they would take the best care of me . I felt safe, I felt heard and not like I'm just another patient. I belive they truly care about what you want and how you feel. I am now 6 days post op got my cast off and I cannot believe how amazing it looks. I cried! I hugged both doctors and Nadine and I really couldn't be happier and more grateful. Beverly Hills is full of plastic surgeons but not like Profiles. I would recommend them again and again and I cannot wait to see my final results! thank you Dr Litner and Dr Solieman!!!

I wanted to wait a few years to write this because I wanted to allow enough time for an accurate assessment. My rhinoplasty was very straightforward and didn’t need all that much. Profile of my nose looks good. However - immediately upon taking off my bandages, my nostrils were totally uneven, one looking very triangular and pointy. Upon seeing some of these reviews, I’m now seeing this is a common issue with their work and has something to do with their poor technique with grafts. Of course they told me at the time, that it would get better by itself. It didn’t. I don’t know how these guys had a 4.9 rating several years ago. Do not waste your money at this practice. I’m only 2-3 yrs post-op and the tip has lost refinement as well as one nostril still pointy and asymmetrical. I would *never* rely on them for a revision. Cosmetic surgeons are a dime a dozen in LA and these guys are not it!

I love Profiles BH and Dr Litner and Dr Solieman. From the NP to the staff at check-in, to both amazing doctors, Jason Litner and Peyman Solieman, I loved every visit. I have already recommended the clinic twice, and both friends were very happy. Women need to take care of themselves, and this is definitely a place to go. Thank you Profiles team, happy to keep this relationship long term.

Don’t go with these two doctors . Big mistake . My nose is ruined . Have to get fillers to make it symmetrical on both sides
