My first time going in for a Prp microneedling at My Concierge MD. My experience was amazing. I was recommended to get the prp microneedling for my acne scars, uneven skin, and to help with the collagen in my face. It’s like a vampire face-lift! I got my blood drawn so my plasma can be placed on my skin during the microneedling facial treatment and help the prp facial rejuvenation for my skin. Numbing cream is applied and I waited for 30 minutes for it to work. While getting the facial treatment, it felt like the nurse was drawing on my skin with a pen. My forehead and chin were the most sensitive to the microneedling. The whole session took about an hour. Leaving the office with my own plasma on my face was the worst part. My skin was red for about 2 whole days after the facial. I noticed dry skin shedding off of my face on the second day. On day 3, my skin was glowing and the texture of my skin improved so much. This review is overdue!! A friend had done prp treatment for hair and had good results. I was skeptical at first if PRP therapy for hair restoration would really work for me but decided to give it a try as I wasn’t ready for transplant surgery. It has been over a year and I have definitely seen fullness in the places where I have hair and my hair looks thicker. I also have seen less shedding of hair during while taking a shower. I appreciated the consultation I had with Dr N, from the start. He tells it how it is and informed me that the prp wouldn’t have effect in the places where the hair follicles no longer excised. He was honest and transparent and set my expectations straight. He also took the time to go over the supplements that I could take to help with hair growth and medications. This was overall a very positive experience and professional service.

I'd love to try the business but after emailing through their online contact form and calling several times, I received no return call so I finally gave up. I'm assuming that if they won't return calls and or emails that they are not service oriented so I went elsewhere.
