I have to write an addition, and I am changing my star rating. I had to get another opinion on my condition. So I decided to try again. And this time I met the doctor. And he was nice and thoughtful. If I didnt have that deeply upsetting moment that I described above, when after 2 weeks of waiting the day before the appointment they told me I would be meeting the nurse, then it would have been good experience. At least, the second try was better.
He's a very good physician, office staff accommodating; however, be prepared to pay a yearly "concierge fee". Waited a year before informing me if I wanted to continue with him. I'm looking for a new physician.
I am just blown away at the professionalism of this doctor, his staff, and the office in it’s entirety. With all of my health issues, I see a plethora of doctors, but this doctor really knows his stuff! Amy the nurse practitioner is so soothing, understanding, and just a ray of light. I wish every doctors office was like this. Everybody listens, and does everything they can to try and understand, even if what is going on with you isn’t the “ norm. “ This doctor has run more tests on me in the short amount time that I’ve seen him, and REALLY spent so much time and effort on getting to the bottom of my illness then any doctor I’ve seen as of late. I HIGHLY recommend this office. Billing is also so easy, and done at each appointment. I wish Dr. Dandillaya was a doctor of all trades :)
So I did have something that appeared to be a heart problem. I had done a thorough research and Dr. Dandillaya comes up as a great cardiologist around LA area. So I made an appointment and had to wait 3 weeks. That is Ok, good doctors are in demand. Along the way I called the office a few times, making sure they got my paperwork from other places and confirmed they were waiting for me with all papers. I even complimented them on how organized they were. I thought then... A day before the appointment they sent me a text saying "your appointment with Amy Wagner"... So I called back and asked who was Amy Wagner? My appointment was supposed to be with Dr. Dandillaya. They said the way they work you were supposed to see the nurse practitioner "and the doctor would be fully aware"..... So I asked whom I was going to see the next day (cause I made appointment with a doctor!) they told me I would be seeing a nurse. On my question on why did NO ONE explained that they didn't even plan me seeing the Dr., they didn't explain anything mumbling "sorry but this is the way we work". The fact that I asked for an appointment with the Dr. and waited 3 weeks.... Well, they don't care. Dr. may be great, and I did want to see him, but the approach and disregard to individual clients is unacceptable. I guess they get their money anyway, so if you dont care, you can call them. And to answer my own question - if they were explaining people upfront, that they would be sending them to a nurse practitioner, not the doctor they think they are making an appointment with, then many, like me, would cancel. So again, the Dr. maybe great (didnt have a chance to experience), but the greed is bad.
Amazing !
The best !!!!
Dr. Dandillaya is the best of the best. Brilliant doctor and compassionate human. His office staff is excellent. I highly recommend him to my patients (as I’ve been a patient of his myself).
Excellent cardiologist. Top notch physician and team. Great referrals to other doctors. Highly recommend.
Dr. Dandillaya and his medical staff are top notch. They are kind, compassionate, efficient, and very well trained/educated. I went in for a lot of concerns and left with answers, peace of mind, treatment suggestions that fit my needs and lifestyle, and follow-up care. I've only had the best experience with this incredible office. I hope to be a lifelong patient. Thank you from the bottom of my heart (which was looked at in ultra-sound and cleared as healthy!). Happy New Year.
I loved my experience with Dr.Dandillaya and staff. They answered all my questions, and let me ask all my questions. I love the warm environment and knowledge they shared with me! Super patient & knowledgable. Highly recommend.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
