I had such a great experience with Dr. Zoulmalan. He is very skillful and attentive, I would recommend him to anyone! Staff was great as well and new location was beautiful.

The picture in the black dress is 1 year after surgery and completely healed. It couldn't be any more prefect! I love my results! I get so many compliments. Everything was easy and painless. 10/10 I recommend!!!!

I am currently 10 months post op and I ABSOLUTLY love my nose! Initially when Dr. Zoumalan presented me the imaging of what he could do to my nose, I automatically told myself that it was a photoshop imagine therefore my nose would not look as good as the pictures. *Just preparing myself mentally because I understood that it in fact was a photoshop picture* 10 months post up now and I can honestly say my nose looks WAY better than the photoshopped pictures shown before. Im not even fully healed yet, and my nose looks amazing. I can honestly say it was worth all the time waited and every penny spent. My recovery was SUPER EASY!!!! I followed all directions as instructed and the worst pain I felt was a slight headache.Up to this day I can't believe that my nose job was that painless and smooth. I love the staff, they're all so kind and helpful. I appreciate that due to the fact that going into surgery is obviously nerve wrecking specially when you're getting work done in the middle of your face. Their efforts to make me feel comfortable during this whole experience is appreciated because never did I feel scared, nervous yes, but never scared. I am in complete admiration with Dr Zoumalan, his work, and his staff.

I had been thinking of getting a nose job for a very long time. I was afraid of the procedure since I knew I needed a lot of work done. After deciding to give Dr. Richard Zoumalan a chance, OMG!!! I would’ve done it way before. He explained the procedure, healing, and expectations. I was very comfortable with the entire surgery process, and the healing was surprisingly not bad at all. I didn’t swell or bruise much and let me tell you I had a lot of work done (says the Dr. Richard 😊). I didn’t have any complications during surgery, the healing process was very quick, and pain was very minimum. I will recommend Dr Richard, he is the best, his techniques help undergo a quick recovery, which is very important.

As far as I can remember I struggled with my insecurity since I was a child. I was called Pinocchio, asked if I was a different ethnicity, all because of my nose. After much research, and discussion with my family I decided to go for it and get rhinoplasty. I was scared, nervous, this was going to be a huge change and if anything were to have gone wrong it would be evident. There would be no way to hide it! My nose is on my face. However, after meeting my surgeon, he made me feel at ease. He was so positive and optimistic, my what if's were no longer a concern. I am so grateful to Dr. Zoumalan and his amazing staff. I love my results.

I can confidently say that Dr. Z is the best doctor I've ever worked with. From start to finish his practice, the staff, and the surgery facility were all top notch. I flew in from Texas for my surgery and the team at Dr. Z's office made it super easy. I was on a waitlist for quite sometime, then did my virtual consult. I do agree with others that sometimes the virtual consult can feel cold, but that's simply because it's virtual and he's a super organized and to the point. I didn't mind it at all. When I flew to LA for my pre op and surgery, the staff made everything super smooth and flawless. My pre op appointment was quick and smooth. Candidly I chose doctor Z because I didn't know how I wanted my nose to look, I just didn't want to look fake and I wanted to be able to breathe. That's why they pay him the big bucks, folks! Because he's the master artist and we are the clay. I could understand how this may be off putting for some but for me, it made me trust him even more. He really is an artist, and while chatting in my pre op he mentioned he reviews his cases the night before and then sleeps on the idea (like a true artist) and makes adjustments morning of based on the best and most desired outcome. Honestly it felt quite spiritual and safe to know my doctor was essentially meditating on how to best serve me during this surgery. Doctor Z is quick in the pre op but smart, kind, and cooly intense in the best way.The anesthesiologist called me the night before and promised me she'd look after me like I was her own child. Super duper comforting and kind. I slept very well knowing the team that was looking after me are the best in LA. The morning of surgery I got to the center and everything was so flawless. They made me feel so safe, so heard, and not nervous at all. By the time they put me under, I knew that there were 3 anesthesiologists watching my surgery. I have never felt more sure or secure in a choice as I did in that moment. I woke up and the amazing recovery nurse Melissa took such good care of me. Literally just held my hand because it's what I needed, and got me dressed. I was so grateful that these nurses not only have high IQ, but super high EQ and really cater to you each step of the way through recovery. I got home and immediately started a great recovery. My only hiccup was a hangover from the anesthesia, but doctor Z and Liz quickly got on the phone and talked me through how to best settle my body. I never in a million years imagined that 7 days post op I would look so good. I have to reiterate that the reason this was possible, is based on the protocol doctor Z provides. Drink the damn smoothies people!!!! I joyfully paid for this surgery knowing that a major reason for coughing up cash, was focused on recovery. I'm over 30 and cannot afford to physically feel like crap, which a ton of people do, when they don't have a superior protocol in place or pick the right doctor.Additionally, for my own protocol I added a number of things. I did not drink for 3 months pre or post surgery, I used colloidal silver on my scar right away and took it internally, as well as nano misting my nose with it for the first week. I also worked out doing high intensity low impact for 9 months (3x a week at least) in order to be physically ready for the surgery. My result was STUNNING. I still cannot believe it. Minimal swelling and literally NO BRUISING at 7 days! Each day with my nose just gets better and better. The biggest reasons for choosing Doctor Z were his highly regarded medical background and certifications, his attention to detail and holistic healing, and his exceptional level of service. So grateful and would recommend him to EVERYONE!!

If you care about your face, don't be fooled by his social media. After a year on his waitlist, an expensive (and rushed) consultation, extensive pre-op blood tests, physicals, and covid tests, this man canceled my surgery THE NIGHT BEFORE because I wanted to go over the game plan one more time and brought back my inspo photos for the discussion. (How dare I care, right?)He was so offended that I wanted to confirm our plan and discuss what I wanted vs didn't want, he even picked up my pictures and aggressively tapped them saying "THIS IS A RED FLAG" - and went from leading me on for a year to believe I was going to turn out beautifully, to implying I was an impossible case. You should be allowed to bring inspo pictures, you're allowed to have an opinion about your FACE, and you deserve kindness and respect. Don't let this fragile little boy who got his "15 minutes of fame" on TikTok touch your face- he doesn't give a shit. In the middle of the conversation, he called his barber, told me to be quiet, and left a passive aggressive voicemail about how he can't make it because of one of his patients. He didn't care that all this time, money, energy, and hope was put into something just hours away- his ego was wounded and he acted as every small man does- with a power trip tantrum. This man is selfish, rude, inconsiderate, and the biggest asshole surgeon I've ever met.

Drove up from Orange County to get botox. Super professional! Saw me right away. Technically excellent! Did an amazing job with my botox! Not only is he smart and talented but he is also very humble and down to earth! I will definitely be coming back!

Dr. Zoumalan has my absolute highest recommendation for rhinoplasty! He gave me the nose I felt I should have been born with. I still can't believe it! Knowing how easy and pain free this procedure was, I would have never waited so long.Prior to surgery, I had a very prominent dorsal hump and Dr. Zoumalan was able to achieve the perfect side profile without widening my nose from the front (extremely difficult to achieve). He also tremendously improved my breathing as well.I wanted to share my experience especially with those out of state patients interested in rhinoplasty.I live in Miami Florida and was very hesitant to go out of state for surgery as I live in a major city filled with several surgeons and traveling can add additional cost etc. I had other consultations with different Plastic and ENT surgeons but Dr. Zoumalan was hands down my FIRST choice. Dr. Zoumalan listened to me, told me realistically what he could do, and we together came up with a treatment plan that fit my aesthetic and functional needs. He even went out of his way to make sure I could have my surgery done and recover before my wedding day! Dr. Zoumalan is extremely caring and ensures to treat each patient as his number 1 priority!In regards to travel, I stayed in an Airbnb apartment just a few blocks from his office and surgery center. I have never stayed in an Airbnb before as I was a bit hesitant but my experience was incredible. I had a full size fridge for food and ice packs, a large bed, living room sofa and recliner. It was perfect! There are several grocery stores and places to eat/ order from within minutes of both the office and surgery center! The recovery process was a piece of cake! I am terrified of surgery but Dr. Zoumalan's surgical team put me at ease and his anesthesiologist was UNBELIEVABLE! I had zero nausea. In addition, I had virtually no bruising and minimal bleeding at most after the procedure. This I 100% credit to Dr. Zoumalan's surgical skill. Cast removal was approximately 8 days later and I was back on a plane home the following day. I returned to work the weekend following my return. Again, I had virtually no bruising and felt great!I really wanted to share my experience with other out of state patients as this is not a decision of convenience rather a decision you should make depending on the surgeon's surgical technique. The process was seamless, and the travel was easy. I could not be happier with my nose and the surgeon I chose. Thank you Dr. Zoumalan!
