Dr. James will not only explain to you your current hair situation, but will also develop a plan to help you with it. His products are amazing and more natural (for those who prefer a more natural approach), and most importantly, they work. You just have to be patient and go in with the right mentality and expectations (which he will explain to you). Dr. James is also very honest and will not try to "scam" you by recommending products that will probably not be much of help to your current situation. He will recommend the best plan/products, geared towards you and not in the interest of making as much money of you as possible. He will answer any questions you have. If suffering with hair issues, go and have a consultation with him, and be confident that you are taking the first step in getting healthier hair!

I have been using their hair care products for over two years now and can't live without them. The shampoo, supplements, and the serum all are effective at helping growing stronger and shiny hair. I rarely need to use conditioner because the shampoo is very moisturizing and cleanse the scalp very well. Robert, the owner, is very kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about hair care. Highly recommend this clinic and their product lines!

Robert is an angel!! So kind and he really knows his stuff!!! I LOVE that his line of products are completely natural AND THEY WORK!!! When I first went to him I was in a panic about my hair loss - which was scary. He examined me and suggested options. I chose to use his Shampoo and take his Organic (!) Hair Supplement - et voila!! My extreme hair loss was completely halted!! I will continue to use his products and consult with him as needed. He's a rare treasure!! :-)

I went to see Robert about a month ago for some chronic scalp itchiness I had been experiencing. I liked his office very relaxing. He is so patient and his service is outstanding. He gave me a lot of advice about how to take care of my scalp and I feel so much better now. I'm glad I went to him when I did because the itching was really bothering me. He recommended some of his products but didn't oversell and I think anyone can appreciate that. My scalp is not itchy anymore and I really like the shampoo he sells.

I usually don't write reviews but this one has to be written. If I can tell you how satisfied and educated I left after this visit I would have definitely given this review more stars. From the beginning he was very alert of how I was feeling what was going on with me. He took the time for me to listen and properly told me what needs to be done. He's very professional and educated on top of that he didn't want to use my vulnerability over how I felt to make me spend a lot of money. If you are experiencing hair loss for whatever reason please visit this place. You will not be disappointed. Very responsible prices as well. He's not your average dermatologist or doctor specialist that tries to sell you products just for the profit. So please don't panic stop by make your appointment and know that your in good hands. I've always prefer natural treatments over synthetic chemicals treatments.

I saw Robert James about a year ago for some stress related hair loss. He recommended a helmet and some of his products. He explained how stress releases a hormone, which creates tiny puddles of fluid, which clog up the pores on the scalp and prevent the follicles from growing. He showed me what it looked like when he used the scope on my scalp. I have been diligently using his products and wearing my helmet twice a week for 25 minutes for over a year now. My hair dresser recently commented on how there's a whole new row of hair when she blow dries my hair. She can tell by the length. It's also healthier looking and long. I have been recommending Robert James to everyone. Honestly it's been so wonderful to have good hair again! I'd say it's about 30% fuller than it was a year ago. I would also recommend seeing him rather than just buying a helmet because not everyone will benefit from the same treatment. Some people might be better off with PRP treatments or other options...

When I went to see Robert my hair was shedding really badly and my scalp was itchy. I had a scalp analysis and it was red and clear that my problem was stress. Robert is so helpful and kind and recommended some products including the tea, serum, minerals and shampoo and I've been using everything for almost 8 weeks and I've seen a great improvement. The tea has really helped me sleep at night and the other products have made my scalp feel normal again as well as a decrease in shedding by about 50% and my hair feels shinier and stronger. I will go back in a month or two for another scalp analysis to see how my hair re-growth is doing but I highly recommend him and his products which are all natural and plant-based!

It's been almost a year since I started Robert's treatment. I completed his recommended weekly office visits, and I did notice quite a bit of hair growth to off set the hair falling. After the 6 month of recommended weekly visits, I opt for the home treatment because of the long drive from Orange County. I must say, I'm not 100% religious with the home protocol, probably about 60% effort only, and I still notice hair growth. So I do recommend the treatment Robert offers. The name of the hair game is basically: stimulating blood flow of the scalp, take care of your body's nutrition, be on point with the scalp health, and start early (prevention), keep hair growing to off set the hair falling. Have patience, don't freak out, follow directions. Robert is the real deal!

About 3 months ago, I came to Robert James clinic with a concern about itchiness and redness of my scalp and dandruff. Since my brother had psoriasis before and his symptoms were very similar to mine in the beginning, I was very worried and finally found the right specialist. The drive of over 1.5 hours up to LA to come to the consultation with Robert was totally worth it. He is very professional, honest, knowledgeable and friendly, he puts you at ease right away and you can feel you are in the right hands. Robert asked me questions about my diet and lifestyle, family medical history in regards to any hair issues, he also examined my scalp thoroughly and I felt so released to find out that I don't have any serious issues. Robert went over the possible reasons that may cause my condition, he recommended journaling and observing in order to determine what exactly might cause my scalp inflammation. I also started using Robert James shampoo (makes a lot of foam and 1 bottle lasted about 1.5-2 months), hair vitamins and the herbal night tea, per Robert's recommendation. Since then, my dandruff flakes went away (after only couple of shampoo applications!), the itchiness and redness reduced greatly, and my hair became much smoother, shinier and healthier looking. All my friends noticed that. I am very happy with my results! There are no sales pitches, no overpriced products that don't work with him. Robert really cares for his clients and is very dedicated to his work. Totally recommend him to anyone who wants to have a healthy scalp and hair.
