I've had an exceptional experience with Dr. Massachi. He is the only doctor I know that explains things in a way that I understand. He truly cares about each and everyone of his patients. Dr. Massachi and his staff are always professional, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment for my annual physical evaluation a week ago. I have received so many calls and emails to confirm but they never mentioned there will be $200 annual administration fee until I got here for the actual appointment. When I asked his associates why the office didn’t mention this fee before and they just said we won’t tell our patients until they get here and you can hold to pay it on your second visit!!! So I canceled. They don’t understand that patients have take hours off from work etc and for this instance I had to be fast for over 10 hours for no reason! Unprofessional!!

Dr Massachi cares about his patients. His office is clean and professional. Hard to find a good young Dr that is enthusiastic about his job. Highly recommended.

I’ve never had a better doctor or staff. Wherever I have moved in Los Angeles I have and will always drive to see Dr. Massachi ( even in this economy 😂) He truly cares about his patients and is brilliant. The reception and other staff is also always lovely and understanding.

I will never forget the way I was treated by Dr Massachi. I had come in for a couple check ups previously and everything was fine but when I came in to discuss my chronic illness I was totally dismissed and not listened to. It really seemed like he had better thing things to do than talking to me. He’s probably a great doctor as long as you don’t have any complicated problems but the minute you do he acts like he doesn’t even have time for you. I left in tears last time and haven’t returned.

Dr. Massachi is kind, really cares, and listens. He explains everything and goes over everything with you. His staff is amazing as well!
