Dr. Richlin has been my optometrist for years and as long as he is or acting I will be a faithful patient. This is the best optometrist and service you can ever expect to receive. The entire staff and his residents are the best and caring. I only wish I had a reason to visit more often than my yearly visit because it is always a pleasure to visit for my yearly appointment. I give him and his team the utmost respect for the service and care that they provide and exude. There is no one better than Dr. Richlin.

This is a wonderful office. Someone actually answered the phone after 2 or 3 rings. I woke up with a problem and I got an appointment with Dr. Peyton Glass. She solved my problem and gave me excellent advice about avoiding the problem in the future. She assured me that they would take care of me again if the problem recurs. The office is very clean and friendly. Once I arrived I was seen quickly. I wish all medical offices were this clean friendly and efficient.

Dr. Richlin and his staff are the best office I've ever gone too. They are professional, caring and thorough. I get the best care there. They are knowledgeable and smart and have all the latest technologies. Dr. Richlin is approachable, answers all questions and his staff the same. They put you at ease and they are again, so thorough. The care there is compassionate and wonderful. The only place to go for vision, for getting glasses, for it all.

I've had the pleasure of visiting Dr Richlin with my challenging eyes for decades. He, his staff and his equipment are state-of-the-art. Patients are treated cordially, on time and with respect. I recommend him highly to all who need a caring, compassionate eye doctor.

Dr. Richlin is great and his support staff is attentive and caring - the staff in front however is lacking - they do not excel at follow up - they were supposed to recommend an opthamologist to me that would take my insurance - they never called so I called them - was told they would call me back - they didn't - so I called again - got the same response - that was 2 weeks ago - still waiting

A few years ago I found out that my child has heavy astigmatism and he was always complaining about his vision. I was doing a lot of research to find out the best optometrists in Los Angeles for my child. A lot of optometrists wasn't able to test properly my son vision. They were keep referring me to another optometrists who can test kid vision. I changed about 4 or 5 different optometrists in LA before I found out Dr. Richland office. From 2015 my kid is Dr. Lau patient and I really appreciate his professionalism and Dr. Richland office stuff. I just want to say that Dr. Lau is the excellent optometrist especially for kids who's vision is really hard to test. I am writing this review because I know how hard was for me to find the best optometrists for kids. Dr. Lau is really the best optometrist and office stuff is friendly too!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Richlin for over thirty years. He's seen me through prescription changes, cataracts, glaucoma and I trust him with my whole family. I've recommended him to friends and colleagues, all of whom share my opinion. He is caring and thorough, his Beverly Hills office is beautiful and his optical department has provided me with lenses and glasses for the whole time I've been going there. Oh, and his interns are terrific; my son asked me to mention Doug Adams.

For over 20 years I've been a well-satisfied patient of Dr. Steven Richlin. His staff and opticians are lovely, professional, and personable. We greet each other by name year after year, and I love the glasses and eye care I receive. A few years ago I was troubled by floaters (I was scared because I didn't know what they were!) and Dr. Richlin and his staff explained the process to me in detail. I now, of course, don't notice them! I also had brain surgery (successful!) eight years ago and the staff consistently follows up on any side effects I could be having from that procedure. It's always a joy to visit and I highly recommend Dr. Richlin and his staff.
