List of Suzanne Gilberg-Lenz's Reviews
Doctor Gilbert is the best doctor I have ever seen. she is knowledgeable and caring. I have BV for the past year, and no other doctors can tell what’s causing my symptoms, only doctor healed me. And all her staff Cassie and Rachel are super nice, they are the best team. I stopped seeing all other doctors.
Anyone but her, lack of ethics is astonishing. Please make sure you read about her past before you make a decision.
She is, hands down, the best.
To start- the office staff is totally rude, especially the women working in accounts payable. I had seen Suzanne for the first time. Her examination was quick but standard. At the time I was having some irregularity but nothing major. She sent me a notice for a follow up 6 months later, which I assumed was a follow up examination. It was a 5 minute chat in her office after waiting for over an hour. A waste of both time and money. Seems like a scam to get paid for a 5 min appointment.
I've been a patient of Dr. Gilberg-Lenz for the past sixteen years. Her office is clean and organized. Dr. Gilberg-Lenz is friendly and knowledgable. Her office staff is so helpful and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Gilberg-Lenz for medical care.
Love her! I won’t go to anyone else. I wish she could take care of all of my medical needs. I’d give her more stars if I could.
I was a patient of Dr. Gilberg-Lenz some years ago. When I was delivering my second baby I was told by the nurse that I am ready to push the baby and that the doctor will be there shortly. After some time I was told to close my legs and wait a little longer, since Dr. Gilberg-Lenz has been delayed at the office. It was managed with additional epidural and i couldn't feel my contractions. After more then two hours she arrived and I had a very traumatic labor, with a difficult recovery. Any skilled nurse or another doctot could deliver my baby timely manner, but she chose her wellbeing over mine. I was younger and didn't know how to advocate for myself. So, no, I can't recommend this provider.
Intuitive, brilliant, huge advocate for women’s health and abundant living! She’s the absolute best!
This doctor fell below the standard of care when I saw her years back for pregnancy. As other reviewers have noted, she has poor bedside manners, and responds to patient concerns with cavalier remarks. Beyond that, she puts her own personal lifestyle above patient safety. I had to be induced at 39 weeks, and she gave me Pitocin and later broke my water to induce labor. When I was about 6 cm dilated, she instructed the nurses to turn down the Pitocin dose so she could go attend a PTA meeting at her kid's school. While she was out, I developed complications, started sweating and vomiting, and my baby experienced fetal distress. The nurses called her, and she showed up much later, telling me that there were too many complications and she would have to do an emergency C-section. The delivery was at Cedars and she could not find another Ob-gyn staff to assist, so she enlisted an orthopedic surgery student to help with the C-section. During surgery, they made jokes about not keeping track of all surgical instruments they were using. She then left even before the orthopedic surgery student was done stitching the incisions. In retrospect, I should have filed a complaint against her with Cedars and the Medical Board.
First time patient and never even got to meet the doctor. After making an appointment 4 weeks in advance for myself and my daughters the doctor canceled my appointment a week before. I was rescheduled for two weeks out only to be called the morning of and told she may be running late because she was on call and at the hospital. ( why schedule new patients during this time ?) While driving to office 10 minutes before my appt. I got the call that she couldn't make it! I read previous terrible reviews about her making her patients wait, even while in the delivery room, but chalked it up to rightfully angry patients expressing frustration. I am here to say it's all true! The office staff is rude and condescending and the doctor's attitude lacks respect for anyone else's schedule but her own. She is clearly too frazzled to be clear headed about my health.Pass on this office!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
