Fabulous Doctor Joe. I’ve dealt with anxiety and depression for over 30 years and have been seeing Dr Joe for 5 of those years. Immediately on my first visit he established great rapport. My medication milieu works great and I am finally at a good place 10/10 recommend.

The doctor is great I have had no problems with 3 sessions I had with him. But I will never go back here again because every other aspect sucks. I texted and called probably over 20 times for billing and NEVER ONCE recieved an answer. On my patient portal there is two statement one for $30 and other for $350 and I asked them over and over again through text and/or call to see why my insurance didnt cover it and what was $350 for. Finally i got response back from the doctor saying text the question and my team will answer but surprise surprise NO ANSWER. The picture is example of some of the text and/or calls I left. Never ever got a response back but today i got a voicemail saying I have delayed payment. I am so upset because they are not giving me any responses about billing but still want me to pay.

I scheduled a Telehealth appointment with Dr. Joseph Kenan to address some ongoing mental health issues I have been experiencing. As a new patient, it was a big first step for me to seek out help and truthfully, I was nervous for the appointment. I have been suffering in silence for so long. At the day and time of my appointment I logged on to the video call and was waiting for over 30 minutes. I called the office twice while I was waiting and was told by two different people that he was in the office that day and that they would notify him that I was waiting. He never joined the call that day, and nobody ever reached back out to me explaining why. I found this to be incredibly unprofessional and discouraging.

At first, everything seemed promising and I had a lot of faith that I was going to gain relief from medication management and Dr.Joseph Keenan’s services but lately he has been incredibly hard to reach, displays less patience, and regressed with his beside manner. At the start, everything seemed okay but overtime (evident from the last two appointments) he has become very dismissive. My appointments went from figuring things out and gaining relief to me having mental concerns about things about my situation and verbatim he says, “Well, can’t help you there! Anything else?” And also “Why would I do that? That just doesn’t make sense” all whilst shaking his head and having a very demeaning and condescending tone. I just want patients who are suffering, as myself, to receive the proper treatment they need not only to survive but have a quality life. Do not be amazed or infatuated with his accomplishments and how many patients he has. Seek help else where, he isn’t very professional.

The best Dr around.....I first went to Dr Kenan, suicidal and suffering deeply from depression.....He got my meds right and im no longer suicidal and im living a better life....he's caring and compassionate and an all around GREAT doctor

Dr Joe is a great provider! He is very genuine and listens to you and treats you like a person. He is very chill and reasonable and comes across as a partner in wellness instead of some stuffy authoritarian. He seems to have your best interest at heart and wants to see all of his patients thrive!
