After my surgery with Dr. Cassileth (also 5 stars!), McKenzie (NP) recommended doing several sessions in the hyperbaric chamber to help with faster healing…and I’m SO glad I took her advice! Before deciding to do the sessions I asked McKenzie a slew of questions, and she very patiently and thoroughly answered every single one. With her and Jeremy’s (skilled technician ) I felt totally at ease and safe. And comfortable, too. Every step of the way - from scheduling with the very kind Sam, to going through the process with Jeremy - I felt so so well-taken care of. McKenzie was always available and attentive, as she was in my surgery prep and aftercare. I really can’t say enough good things all around about my experience with The Practice!

I love getting facials at The Practice Medspa and Kennedy is by far the best aesthetician I've ever been to. I've been seeing her for over a year now, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin. Every facial is completely customized and since I started seeing her I get compliments all the time on my skin. When I come in for an appt she will evaluate what my skin needs that day and recommend the right treatment, whether it's a custom cocktail peel, a glow facial, microdermabrasion, Venus, or the many options The Practice offers. Kennedy is constantly educating herself on the newest treatments and skincare ingredients, and she understands the science behind aging and skin health and knows what works and what’s just a trend (and she loves to share her knowledge if you ask!). PS these aren't the fluff spa facials that feel relaxing but don't actually change your skin. Her treatments deliver visible results (but are completely relaxing as well). I leave every appointment with skin that literally looks like glass, wrinkles less visible, and skin feeling lifted and more radiant.

I had my first ever hyperbaric oxygen therapy at The Practice 5 years post radiation. The experience was so great. All the staff is so attentive. My experience with Sam who coordinated my care was so great, he was so friendly and informative and patient. Such a pleasure to talk to and very encouraging. Then once I got passed to the actual clinic the technician Jeremy was great. He checked on my comfort level every step of the way, he was so kind and comforting. The whole experience was wonderful, planning to do it again soon.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Azadgoli! She and her staff are very professional, extremely knowledgeable and comforting during procedures and so down to earth! I’ve been very happy and will continue to come back.

I recently underwent a bilateral mastectomy with direct reconstruction and I cannot recommend Dr. Cassileth enough. From our very first consultation, Dr. Cassileth and her team made me feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for during one of the most difficult times in my life. What stood out most was her exceptional surgical skill combined with true compassion. She took the time to thoroughly explain all of my options, answered every question (even the ones I asked multiple times), and helped me feel confident in my choices. The results have exceeded my expectations — both aesthetically and functionally. The entire team was professional, kind, and supportive throughout the process. Post-operative care was outstanding — Dr. Cassileth was always available for questions and concerns, and the follow-up appointments made me feel like I was in excellent hands every step of the way. I had consultation with many top tear doctors in LA and none of them offered me what Dr. Cassileth did. As a 37 year old diagnosed with breast cancer, having the direct to implant after a bilateral mastectomy has been the best decision I’ve made. I urge you to consult with Dr. Cassileth . She made the scariest part a breeze and I am forever grateful.

I have had the best experience with the care team at The Practice. Dr. Cassileth is an amazing plastic surgeon. I was terrified of having a double mastectomy but I felt so safe and comfortable with her and my new boobies look amazing. No shortcuts were taken in the reconstruction process and certainly no shortcuts in the aftercare. Makenzie is an incredible nurse who literally checked on me daily for about a month post surgery. Sam provided wonderful assistance with scheduling and managing my appointments, and Frank and his team are so sweet and attentive during my hyperbaric treatments. I highly recommend this group!!

This review is for The Practice and its affiliate, The Bedford Breast Center. Dr. Heather Richardson (breast surgeon at The Bedford Breast Center) performed a bilateral mastectomy that was direct-to-implant on me in tandem with Dr. Lisa Cassileth (plastic surgeon at The Practice). I am truly grateful to breast surgeon, Dr. Heather Richardson, of The Bedford Breast Center and plastic surgeon, Dr. Lisa Cassileth of The Practice who performed a direct-to-implant reconstruction bilateral mastectomy. These brilliant doctors worked in tandem to ensure my operation was a resounding success. In the hands of less skilled surgeons, my nipple would not have been salvageable, and nerve-grafting would have been overlooked. I met with so many doctors who said it would be impossible to save my nipple as I had naturally large breasts. But Dr. Cassileth and Dr. Richardson assured me that it would be no problem. I would describe Dr. Cassileth as a sculptor. You can see in her eyes that she is already planning her strategy the moment she begins examining you. She clearly loves to do surgery, and her work is beautiful! Dr. Richardson is more of a weaver as she tries to save the nipple and the nerves as much as possible. She is able to come within 1mm of the nipple and save it! So gifted! Nurse coordinators, Fallon (The Practice) and Crystal (The Bedford Breast Center), along with front desk support, Sam and Kathryn (The Practice), have been instrumental in guiding me through the whole process. Sam has helped me schedule all of the hyperbaric treatments. They are all so sweet and patient! It's like having your best friends show you the way while also advocating for you. I was advised to get a nurse for the first few days even though I had help from my cousin. Carolee who works with The Practice/The Bedford Breast Center arranged all of this for me. My nurse practitioner, Zamora, was an angel! I was quite out of it the first few days, but she explained everything in detail to my cousin. I also wish to point out the kindness, compassion, and of the staff at both The Practice and its MedSpa where I have been undergoing hyperbaric treatment. Mckenzie, is my superstar Care Nurse practitioner. She handles nearly every aspect of my recovery. She knows absolutely everything about my surgery and my recovery. Star, Dr. Cassileth's stellar medical assistant, coordinated all of the pre-op details and handled the pre-op photos. Cindy, Danielle, Daniela, and Sandy work the front desk of the MedSpa where I go for the medical grade hyperbaric chamber treatments. The hyperbaric chamber is helping me heal faster by reducing the swelling and bruising, and keeping my immunity stronger. It took only 8 1/2 hrs for my surgical incisions to heal on the exterior! Frank who is the executive director the hyperbaric chamber room has been so supportive of me! All of these wonderful human beings have tough jobs! They are dealing daily with women who are scared out of their minds. I feel nothing but love and support from all of them, and I cannot recommend each and every one of them enough. I have been truly blessed to have been referred to The Practice/The Bedford Breast Center!

I’m about a month out from my microneedling with nanofat procedure for acne scars, and I’m so pleased with my results. I’ve already noticed a real improvement in my scarring and overall skin texture. From the very beginning, Dr. Azadgoli took so much time and care to understand my skin concerns and make me feel comfortable with the process. Her PA, Anna, was also incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and supportive throughout my treatment and recovery. Josseline was so kind and helpful with post-op care and always made me feel taken care of. I recommend The Practice’s hyperbaric oxygen therapy to anyone, whether you’re recovering from surgery or dealing with any type of inflammation. Sam, Mackenzie and Frank are extremely kind, caring and amazing caregivers. They’ve played a huge role in my recovery from a double mastectomy. I started to feel like myself only a few days post surgery and for that I am eternally grateful.

Dr. Kelly Killeen and her staff are so caring and knowledgeable. I felt that i was in great hands from start to finish. She used the preservé technique on me and my recovery has been very smooth. I used the hyperbaric oxygen chamber after my procedure and it helped with my recovery tremendously!
