List of Urgentmed - Beverly Hills Urgent Care's Reviews
Great service!! Like it
Best urgent care ever! Didn't wait and nurses were so nice. Jennifer my nurse was so precise and kind and made this visit so easy and Jackie the supervisor was so helpful as well! Thanks for taking care of me!
I went in for a COVID-19 test and went through my insurance. The MA Natalia had me in and out of there in about 15 minutes. She was awesome, and the staff is nice. Thank you for the quick service!!!
Great staff! Clean. Amazing Dr.
Honestly one of the worst places with terrible customer service. I normally don’t post reviews unless it’s super terrible or super good. I had tried calling in, regarding payment/insurance related issues and the front desk had given me a run-around and when I asked to speak with someone else, they had sent me to a number not in service. You’d be better off going somewhere else.
The doctor, though kind, appears to not be confident in her own skills and referred me to the ER after a two hour wait. I feel discriminated against because I’ve been here on behalf of another patient with different protocol. The work refused was a blood test because I’ve been without food for two days. The staff is excellent.
Went in for a routine screening, and they could not find my veins. This has not happened to me anywhere else whenever I've had blood drawn. I had three people poke and prod and left my arms bruised and irritated (including the doctor!). I walked out! Seems like they have inadequate training. Not sure about the other services, but if you need any blood drawn, go elsewhere!!
Great experience when I came in today. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out rather quickly. And I'm starting to feel better after I was diagnosed and treated. Thankful for them.
Don’t go to either location, total waste of money and time.
The front desk is amazing, everyone was so nice. The reason for the lack of stars? The physician. I had a throat culture done a week ago. I have heard nothing from him. I called to get results, 2 days later she, she told me the Dr would get right back to me. Nothing. I called again today, she said the Dr is in, he will call me in 10 or 15 mins. That was at 10:30 this a.m., it is now 6:55p.m., and I've heard nothing but crickets. I ended up going back to an urgent care here in San Diego today, due to my meds not working, (which was why I needed to speak to the Dr.), and I'm hoping things turn out better here. Needless to say, I am so disappointed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
