so this was the most pleasant experience for the crappiest situation one person in particular was my initial nurse terrance his bedside manner was so calming very professional the doctor and staff were great here...i'm glad i came to this facility kim tatarsky

The staff and doctor here are great. Had two COVID tests that came back timely. I like that it's clean inside and there's parking/ valet with validation.

Let me first start off by saying, it’s not the facility itself, it’s the valet. My first question would be why would you have valet during COVID at a Urgent care center? The older guy was really rude to start. I pulled up looking for a parking space (not realizing it was valet) and after he parked the car, he hopped out and said “I told you to stay right there” as he pointed to the spot he told me to wait.First, who are you talking to?! Second, COVID is rampant out here and you’re literally hopping in and out of cars with NO gloves spreading germs from cars to cars. To avoid a situation I drove off. Parking really sucks and I wish they had better options for parking other than this and parking on the street.Again, the staff I’ve interacted with over the phone was awesome. Very helpful, in fact, more helpful than any other facility I’ve called to get info, etc.

Best urgent care experience I've ever had. Extremely quick, painless and each one of the staff members had excellent customer support skills. I felt safe the entire time. Absolutely will be coming back in the future. Thank you Essence, Jackie, KK and the whole team!

Close, convenient, timely, friendly, easy to talk to.  They will work with you to make you happy and healthy.  Everyone there is exceptional with special shout outs to my Dr, Sean, Essence and all the staff.  A big thank you to Bryan at corporate.  I hope the owners know what a valuable asset you are.  You have the talent to take this company to the next level both in growth and professional service.

Thank you Dr. Nazarin, My eczema is healing and not irritating Me anymore.  Thanks for sharing what foods trigger my eczema that I should avoid.  It is already making a huge difference.  You truly care.  I was your last patient of the evening and you didn't even rush Me.  Thank you so much.  God bless you and your staff.

The doctor and staff were fantastic.

All the staff were very nice. The physician however, refused to give me a physical because she misread my forms and thought sections were required that weren't. I'm a medical student and have had many physicals using this exact form. She was unable to understand that simply writing "not applicable" was an option. I tried to calmly explain but she wouldn't listen.

Needed to be seen for an allergic reaction and was told they don't take my insurance which i completely understand. They tell me there's a place i can try down the street and when i ask what it's called they pretty much said they can't tell me where to go because they're not getting paid to help me. They said they hope i feel better and left me to cry in the room alone.

I'm so impressed with this clinic and their staff. I was able to get a same day appointment and both greeted by a friendly face and taken back to a room immediately. Dr. Grigorian was so genuine and welcoming and took the time to listen as and give incredible advice. Everyone was so friendly. I would recommend this location to all who need urgent c are in the area.
