The worst! I never write reviews but geez! Staff is terrible, very rude. Looks like a tough job but no excuse for such poor customer service. It would’ve also helped if there was a sign on google that said no walk-ins for this location. Appointment only!

Rudest and most unprofessional staff EVER

So disorganized, literally they don’t know what they are doing. Made an appointment for 12:15 and I’m still sitting g for an hour. It’s a waste of time. Looks like they have no incentives to see patients. I hope the lab manager reviews all the low rating reviews.

I went in today at around 12:00 p.m. to ask for clarification about urine and saliva samples I was supposed to do. My doctor said that if I had problems, I could ask the lab for clarification. The girl sitting at the front refused to help me! She said that she could not explain anything to me because she was too busy (there was no one in there). This is unacceptable! I'm giving two stars because she gave me additional saliva collecting samples.

I rarely right bad reviews but I absolutely have to for this lab. I recommend going to PIL lab and diagnostics in Beverly Hills. They saw me immediately after I left this office and were great.So I was 5 minutes late for my 3:00 appointment because it is extremely confusing to find where they are located. Then when I arrived, I sat in the lobby for about 5-10 minutes.I was finally grabbed by an employee, and she told me to check in and wait. I checked in and sat back down. 5 minutes later, that same employee came and got me. She told me because I checked in at 3:20 for my 3:00 it was cancelled. I tried to explain that I checked in so late because of their confusing location, and THEM making me wait. Her response was extremely rude.This was the experience I expected after booking with them despite their very bad reviews. You are literally wasting your time coming here. You will get the exact treatment all of the reviews are describing. I really needed this immediately too for a surgery I am having. Currently sitting in the main lobby trying to find someone else.

Great place , very clean, great experience. Everything is efficient, fast, great detail of attention and professional. Staff are very polite except may be the receptionist needs to be patient and more polite. They validated my parking. Parking is great in the building. Good company.

Came here to drop off urine sample for my elderly mother, but it took over 1 hour. They were either short staffed or their protocols don't allow them to accept urine until all their appointments have been completed. This means while I waited, other appointments came in, bumping my sample drop off to the bottom of the waiting list for over 45 minutes. They are horrible at addressing your needs if you don't have an appointment, even for something as simple as dropping off a fully labeled sample

Whatever you can do to avoid going to this location, do it. The multiple one star reviews is proof. One of their employees not only was rude and condescending, but also does not even know what the word premises means. Very bad experience.

Very poor service. Staff was rude and super unhelpful. Wish I would've just gone somewhere else.
