I love Dr. Carr's office. I recently had to use another NP and was extremely satisfied of the routine skin check. I thought she did an amazingly thorough job and explained everything along the way. I'm impressed with the way they have handled Covid environment. I felt very safe and protected coming here.

My son, my dad and I have visited her in the past. Today, I called to set up an appointment and the receptionist told me that if I haven't seen Dr. Carr within the last 3 years I would be considered a new patient and she was not accepting new patients and then she just hung up on me! Basically the review is for this person who didn't even give options and was super rude. I hope Dr. Carr sees this review and does something about it.

This was my first visit visit with dr. Carr since my health insurance changed . They took me I. Within 5 minutes and dr. Carr saw me shortly after I was in the room. It was a five star visit with a five star doctor.
