Violette G. Gray's Online Review Report Card

I have had Dr Violette Gray for the past 7 years and she is the best. She is very caring for the people and very patient.

This doctor canceled on me 3x then when I went in forgot to review details from a scan. When I called to let the office know they told we could do a video call to review results. They then charged me for the call! When they coded the preventative scan they coded wrong and so I was charged what would have been my portion over $500. It was preventative and I shouldn't have to pay anything! It's taken over 4 months to resolve this issue. You can't speak to anyone in their office and when they tell you they will fix it they don't They clearly don't care about patient well being seeing as I am so stressed about this. Don't go to this doctor office they clearly are very poorly managed.

A very opinionated person unwilling to listen to any counter opuions from patients. Dismissive and arrogant I will never do to her again.

I went to Violette Grey. She misdiagnosed my spinal cord injury. She wouldn't give an order for an MRI. I ended up in emergency surgery. Nice, yes. Competent, no

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Gray's and have followed her to 3 different offices. However, I am absolutely appalled at the service--or rather, lack thereof--that I've received this year. I initially tried to schedule an appointment in February and I am still waiting for an appointment. Her office has cancelled and rescheduled my appointment no less than THREE TIMES. I just received a call that she is again unavailable for the most recent appointment in September--this is SEVEN MONTHS after I initially tried to schedule a routine checkup. It is completely unacceptable. Looking for a new doctor ASAP, so incredibly disappointed by her and her unprofessional staff.

Dr. Gray has been my physician for maybe 10 years now. She has always been friendly, yet professional. She's patient (lol) and knowledgeable. I regularly email her with my questions and concerns. She responds quickly and expertly puts my worries to ease, especially when I've fallen down an "internet hole" trying to diagnose myself. I can ask her ANYTHING and she responds with the judgment-free ease of the deft MD that she is.Most importantly, I always leave my visits with her feeling empowered. She treats me with respect and kindness. Unlike a lot of doctors, she treats me as a valued member of my own healthcare team. So refreshing. Kudos Dr. Gray!

When I was first referred to Dr. Gray, it was because I had such a bad experience with my internist that I had to switch doctors after a very long time. Dr. Gray took time and patience in listening to my long history of medical conditions. She also requested that I get a CT lung scan as soon as possible as I was a former smoker. I did what she requested of me and the CT showed that I had lung cancer, in its earliest stages. She sent me to a pulmonologist and then to a surgeon, whereupon I was operated on the following week. The cancer was self-contained and did not spread to the lymph nodes, etc. because it was found so early on. I find Dr. Gray very honest, meticulous in her screening of me and in the tests she requested I take. I hope I can continue being a patient of Dr. Gray's for years to come. She is the best according to me!

Professional, listens well, diagnoses expertly, and is timely.

Not happy with Dr. Gray. She would not do a blood test that I asked her to do, that was very important to my health. She said, " We will cross that bridge when we come to it." But we had come to the bridge, and the test was not done. I continued to feel very fatigued- a symptom of the condition that needed to be tested for. On going to a new Dr., the blood test was done. I showed positive in having the thing I had wanted Dr. Gray to test for. Dr. Gray, listen to your patients, and take action.

Dr. Gray is and excellent doctor. She is knowledgeable, approachable and has a rear quality in today's business. She follows up giving feedback on tests results, questions or referrals. She listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. I feel we have been able to build a team to care for my health and improve my fitness and wellbeing. I am lucky to have Dr. Gray as my doctor for over 6 years.
