Very attentive and thoughtful. An excellent physician. She spends lots of time listening and assisting.

This doctor clearly does not care about her patients, or only cares about "select patients". It is concerning to see a Primary Provider with such a lack of compassion. If you are not in the business of helping people, you may want to rethink your career choice. I definitely would not recommend this Physician if you are looking for compassionate and consistent care.

I've been seeing Dr. Lin for several years and have always had a good experience. She listens actively and always helps address my concerns. I trust her with providing quality healthcare for years to come!

Uninterested. Completely phoning it in. Judgmental. I tried to discuss several health concerns at this current visit but she just went on with her questions about unrelated issues. On previous visits she has condescended to me on the basis that I am "older." Will only address issues in the way that SHE wants to address them, does not listen to patient's POV or concerns. I felt like I was getting a physical on a conveyer belt in a factory. I am changing doctors.

I've seen Dr. Lin for 3 years now since I had my first baby. She's been very supportive and has helped me through a lot both mentally and physically. She is empathetic and responsive. If I have a concern that's worrying me, she'll do a test or referral to put my mind at ease. I like her straightforward demeanor and that she laughs at my jokes. I'll also say that I'm overweight, but she doesn't give me a hard time ever-- she's referred me to a nutritionist and appreciates that I'm trying. The staff are really nice too! I've gotten to know them over the years.

Dr. Vivian Lin is very attentive and helpful to me! I’m so happy she is my doctor! She gives you her time and doesn’t rush you! She always calls you back!

Zero stars is what she deserves! I'm 82 years old patient with health issues, one of them is a severe back pain, and cannot sit for extensive period of time, which I explained upon checking in as a new patient. I was left waiting for this doctor to see me for 50 minutes!!! When inquired a few times about how much longer, I was getting an answer "just a few more minutes, 10 minutes the most". Finally I opened the door to see what is the hold up, and saw this so called doctor eating chocolate and chatting with a nurse, not even wearing her lab coat. She was extremely rude and had no compassion for my situation. I was standing in the door watching her chatting, doing other things, but there was no indication that she was being remotely close to seeing me. I left not being seen very disappointed and tired. It was a huge effort for me to have made that trip to see my new physician. I would not recommend this person as a doctor to my worst enemy, I don't know how she keeps her patients!
